Bob at Coyote was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He called ahead to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Our new GE washer did not work from the start. It was a brand new model he had not seen before; he called for assistance and then helped guide us through the warranty process to get the quickest resolution. Then he helped me get the drier vent on and the drier placed. You won’t go wrong calling Coyote if you need service. I recommend them without reservation. DC

When our refrigerator stopped cooling, we were worried. But our service technician got it going again quickly by replacing one electrical part that had burned out. While there, we had a long-standing problem with the cold water system. He was able to find the problem (a cracked water reservoir) and ordered the part. Considering he had to come out twice, we felt the bill was very fair. However, the most impressive part of the service we received was our technician's professionalism. He explained everything he was doing and if there were risks with the repair, what these were. We were very happy to find such excellent service and to have our refrigerator working like new again. I would highly recommend Coyote's repair service.

Frankly, I was more than a little concerned when i found that this particular appliance repair company would be handling the (extended) warranty service on my dishwasher., referred by the manufactturer KitchenAid (Whirlpool). Why my concern?
1. They were based 50 miles away in a smaller town (Pagosa Springs vs. Durango CO).
2. The lousy review that the first Angie's reviewer wrote about this company. Hopefully that person's disappointment is a one-time event.
But things worked out beautifully.
They did everything they said they'd do, and in a timely manner. It required two trips, because an electronic part had to be ordered from KitchenAid. Turnaround was only a week. Service man arrived each time as appointed, was neat, clean and professional. In fact he accommodated a small change in the second appointment to accommodate a doctor's appointment.
There was no charge for this service since we had the KitchenAid extended warranty.
I must say that the service was much better than that handled by the seller (Lowe's) under the original warranty. We shall call Coyote Appliance any time we need major appliance repairs

It went very well. the first visit they replaced a hard start unit and it ran. Later noticed the compressor was not running. On the same day, that night, the owner came out and worked on it. The compressor was dead. His recommendation, since the unit was so old, to consider replacing the refrigerator. This was what we did. the service timing was outstanding, and he refunded the cost of the part and charged only one service fee.
