This was one the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. We bought carpet and faux wood vinyl plank for our home. It took over 2 months to get the job done. This all started in May and as of Saturday 9/21/2013 we are still having problems. First installation. Carpet was installed first. Then the vinyl flooring was installed. First of all a professional would instal carpet last so as to not get it dirty or stained while the rest of the work was being done. There was a seam that was not done properly and it was really visible. The carpet was not stretch properly and tight around the hearth. Then as a transition a metal strip was installed, which would have been ok had they cut it correctly and it did not have jagged edges as well and bowing up because it was not nailed correctly. Faux wood final planks. A complete subfloors was not installed. They baseboards were not removed and the floor
Description of Work: I purchased and had this company install flooring for 1500 sq ft.
