Never, perhaps even Never hire these people when so many good quality contractors are available. Did I say...Never hire them. When a company experiences a high level of turnover,(Denver office) red flags go up. Could be good reasons for it, but it's something to look closely into. Paul Truex is listed on this site and he's been gone almost 3 yrs from the company. Multiple managers since then, including a NEW one in the last 2 weeks in Denver. When the crew came out, without Mr Truex being present as promised, they power washed, patched and painted same day. Major peeling occured almost immediately around every door and window. They been promising warranty repairs since Oct of 2010. Promises... then didn't show up on the dates promised to fix it. Five time this year, 2013, they told us different answers and dates for fixing the problem. All brokenand acirc;?and brvbar;.
