Everything went perfect. Cats were well cared for as well as the house, and all the services Patricia provided. I especially loved her detailed messages along with photos. I am very happy with Patricia and will continue to use her on my trips.

When I found Patricia at Pampered Pets and People, I didn't truly know the gem I had found. We began working together just over a year ago when I needed someone to look in on my 12 year old Lab while I worked. I was always able to count on Patricia to care for my pet like she was her own. Patricia was a big help when my dog became ill. Her feedback prompted me take quick action that I believe, saved my dog's life. I didn't get the Pampered People part of the equation until recently, when I had to put my house up for sale and leave Colorado. Patricia helped handle my dog when there were showings of the home providing transportation to her home and allowing me to pick up the pet after work. When we left town, Patricia continued to help me keep the house and the yard maintained while we were away. Moving is a very stressful process for a family and a pet. Patricia made the whole thing 100% better because I knew I could trust her and her husband, Oliver to handle anything that came up in our absence. I would recommend Patricia to anyone for more reasons than I can count. She will pamper you and your pet just as she promises.

She did a fantastic job, keeping the cage clean, the pig fed and even entertained. She surprised us with photos on the cell phone while we were gone. I think the Guinea pig may have been sad to leave at the end of her visit!

Patricia is a professional. She instantly formed a bond with my pet - and he is often shy with new people. She is completely reliable and even more flexible. Outstanding...the animals were well taken care of. The stalls were clean and the water troughs were full and the horses were content and calm when I arrived home. She also texted me to let me know everything was going well. I cant tell you how wonderful it is to have someone you trust take care of your horses while you are out if town...we rarely ever go anywhere because we have livestock and chickens...so it was refreshing to be able to take a much needed vacation knowing someone was taking the best care of our animals while we were away. When they say pampered pets...they mean it!!! Will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with horses. Where's the love button????

I actually got someone from Pro Care to come and take care of my dogs and cat, and could let you know how that goes later after I get back from my vacation.

We have hired Patricia once before, and appreciate her caring approach with the animals. Everyone seemed pretty calm when we returned home.

Patricia joined our family a few months ago. We have had her come a few days a week while we are at work. She has also been their caregiver for a week while we were in Hawaii on vacation. Her care and concern for our dogs and cat are impressive. She stays with them for a while to play with them, give them special love and attention, does training as needed and gives them food, water and snacks. They love her and are so happy when she comes. It has made a huge difference to me to not have to worry about them when I need to be away. I am confident that they are in good hands. Patricia has been really flexible and able to accomadate my schedule. Patricia is really good about communicating by texting messages about her visit and even sends photos. When we were on vacation, this meant the world to me. I was able to see that they were safe and happy when we were so far away.

Kept me updated on them daily and even sent a photo of one of them on her lap. When I got home all cats were content, so I know Patricia did a wonderful job. Not only my cats but cared for my house, my furnace went out and her handyman husband was brought over to fix the issues, which he did.

My dog loves the care provided by Pampered Pets and People, she is comfortable in her own home with all of her favorite things. Patricia the owner personally sees to the care and love of my dog. She sends me photos and updates via text message to let me know how my " hairy child" is doing. My dog obviously loves her, because she gets so excited when she comes over and even when she recognizes her from across the parking lot of my apartment complex. I have been very pleased, and it helps add to that peace of mind when going out of town that she is in good hands.

Wow very pleased.I live in the sticks . She came to my house twice a day to water and feed my dogs. Checked up on the house and texted a report each time including pics of my pups. Even brought in my trash can.What can I say . She delivered more than promised. How refreshing .

Patricia is very reliable and knowledgeable about horses. We felt confident that she would notice if there was anything wrong. We have been extremely pleased with Patricia's love of animals, professionalism, communication and follow-up. She will accomodate your preference for sharing her experience with your pet. I recieved daily texts at the beginning and now that we've built a rapport, we've moved to weekly unless something needs to be communicated immediately. As an example, our dog was recently ill; Patricia was quick to describe the symptoms and recommend we take action. She took the dog's temperature and thoroughly checked her during the visit. As it turned out, our dog had a bacterial infection and needed medication. Patricia followed up afterwards to find out how our dog was doing the next day with genuine concern. One of the things about Patricia that stands out to me is how helpful she was during our first conversation. Being new in town, I needed guidance on general pet services. Before I even committed to do business with Patricia, she gave me names and numbers for the following resources: veterinary, boarding and canine accupuncture. We've hired pet service providers in the past and haven't had such a positive experience. I would recommend Patricia to anyone who truly loves their pet and wants peace of mind while they are away.

I contacted Patricia after reading excellent reviews on Angie's List and other sites. The initial contact was pleasant and professional. We have never left our pets in the care of anyone other than family or friends before, but will definitely use Patricia again. It's easier, and her experience translates into asking questions before you leave so she knows how to proceed in case of challenges while you are gone. We received texts and pictures while away so we knew our animals were being cared for. One of our dogs needs medication. Patricia handled this with ease, and it was included in the price. Upon returning home we were happy with the clean pet areas. All our animals were breathing and seemed comfortable. We heard no complaining from any of them! This experience was an eye-opener, as now we will feel more comfortable leaving for short trips now that we know Patricia!

Patricia from Pampered Pets and People has been taking care of my two dogs for about 3 months now. I have to say she goes above and beyond in caring for my dogs. Both dogs have health issues and I trust Patricia completely in their care. She does things I never expected her to do as well like brush, massage, play and pick up after them. I was most impressed during the recent forest fire at Black Forest. We were both evacuated for several days. She kept in contact with me to be certain that my pets were cared for during all the confusion. I was very impressed. She is organized, thoughtful, professional and kind. I highly recommend her.

They consistently go way above and beyond what is expected and have taken exceptional care of our pets and home. They are professional, detail oriented, responsive, completely hoest, treat our hoome and pets as if their own, and us like family. Our pets are perfectly content and extremely happy under their care. patricia has sent us hundreds of pictures of our pets over the past 1 1/2 years that included themplaying, resting, and cuddled and sleeping next to Patricia/Oliver. When I say they go the extra mile Patricia will do things like send an e-Christmas card to us from the pets with their pictuers superimposed in the card. When one of our dogs kept getting out of the dog run by climbing the gate, they installed new gates that our dog could no longer climb. They take meticulous care of our pets. For example, they noticed that one of the dogs did not like to walk int he snow and got our permission to purchase booties. Patricia picked up that one of the dogs had a urinary tract infection and took the dog to our vet. She also noticed that the same dog was stiff when getting up in the morning and recommended we start an over the counter supplement for joints. They have been responsible for taking the pets for routine vet visits for immunizations and check ups as well as unscheduled visits. Without being asked, they taught our dogs manners to include: putting toys back in a specific spot; to not bolt through the front door; and to walk behind them when going up the stairs. They are very detail oriented, great communicators, and can handle any situation independently. While we were away, they had to deal with a septic system that failed and oversaw the replacement. During that time they were in constant contact with us, the company instalking the new system, and evey contacted the government office handling the new permits. They provided us with frequent updates and also sent us pictures of the completed project. During the fires last summer, Patricia kept in constant contact with us, secured our important belongings and put them in storage. She also made preparations to evacuate the pets and located a place that could they and the pets could stay. We have never ever had to worry about anything related to our home, vehicle, or pets while we have been away. Pampered Pets and People are true to their name. They have always been proactive in ensuring that every little detail was handled so that when we returned home it would be as though we never left.
