LET'S PUT IT THIS WAY: WHEN WE COME HOME, THE CATS LOOK AT US AND THEIR EXPRESSIONS ARE: "OH, YOU GUYS ARE HOME? WHERE IS THAT NICE LADY WHO TAKES CARE OF US?" THEY DON'T MISS A BEAT. THEY ARE HAPPY AND RUNNING AROUND AND IT LITERALLY IS LIKE WE WERE NEVER GONE. THE CATS ARE HAPPY IN THEIR HOME AND WERE WELL CARED FOR.

She is very professional and you can tell she cares greatly about her clients and their pets - in today's high paced society it is always nice to have someone to help out with your 4 legged companion. I would highly recommend this business.

Patricia is awesome. I was so worried about boarding my dog, as she has never been boarded before and I am new to this area. I was referred to her company and gave them a call. She was exactly what I was looking for. My dog is use to having someone around all the time and being able to come and go into the house, sleep/rest on the couch and have plenty of space to run. Patricia provides all that, with love and attention too. I wouldn't even call it "boarding" it's like she is at home, no kennels, just lots of room and free reign. Patricia has a huge fenced in yard for the dogs that included ramps and wading pools. The dogs even have their own living room with couches and chairs, she will even let them sleep on a bed if that's what the dog is use to. I brought our crate for our dog to sleep in at night and that was no problem. The maximum amount of dogs she takes in is 7 at a time, which I really like. I would highly recommend Pampered Pets and People and plan on using all the time.

Great. She watered, fed and cleaned the litter box. She also provided a detailed report of activities via text messages and sent many photos.

I have used their service for the past 9 months and use them on a regular basis to come to my home and provide "sitter" care for our dog. She walks her, plays with her and makes sure that she able to several "potty" breaks. Most importantly she is very observant and shares any concerns or issues with either our pet or the home. We have an older pet and I wish that I had started using her service earlier than I did.

Very pleased. Patricia is reliable and professional. the bunnies were well-cared for. I will definitely use her again. The price per visit was a little high, but she is also fairly far from us, and I believe distance factored into the cost.

Excellent. Oliver is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He explained things to me and was very willing to help in any way that he could, including looking for specific screws for me at Home Depot. Best handy man ever!

Pampered Pets took great care of my dog while I was away. This was the first time I had left her with a non family member and I was very apprehensive to leave. Pampered Pets made me feel at ease before I even left my dog by getting to know my dog's personality. My dog is an inside dog and it was no problem for Pamered Pets. She could stay inside or go out when she wanted to. They have no cages and the dogs have the run of the house, even sleeping on the furniture and beds if they want to! It is all about what is best for your dog and making your dog feel at home. Also Pampered Pets updated me through texts and pictures numerous times daily of how my dog is adjusting. This helped me relax and be able to enjoy my vacation! I felt that my dog was receiving personalized care, not just another dog in a kennel type situation. I would use Pampered Pets again and highly recommend them to anyone who is needing a home away from home for their dog.

Patricia has been our sitter/ caretaker for almost 2 years. She comes to take care of our 2 dogs and cat. As with most pet owners, my pets are my babies. I feel like Patricia understands them and loves them as if they are her own. She takes photos of them while we are away, which always bring joy to me while I have to be gone. She is playful and loving with them. She has been conscientious about our home and always takes special care when she visits. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in quality, first rate pet and home sitting care. I would not trust my home or my pets to anyone else. She has given us exceptional service.

We recently lost one of our two german shepherd dogs to cancer, and the remaining one was lost without his buddy. He is sometimes nervous around unknown situations, and Patricia had a whole plan to help him relearn how to play with her dogs. At first she had very supervised and controlled play time with her dogs only, and now he is much happier and can play with her other daycare dogs. We really appreciate her going out of her way for us and for our Duke. He jumps out of the car when we go see Patricia, and doesn't give us more than a glance when we drive away. I am confident he is in good hands at her place and always recommend her to others!

Patricia is great, my cats were all calm and relaxed when I came home after 10 days so I knew she treated them well. Home was well cared for. She would text me updates on how things were going which I so appreciate. I have complete confidence in her and never worry when I leave my cats and home in her care.

She was wonderful. She came 4 times a day and cared for my two horses.

I ended up on a bind for a pet sitter before our vacation to florida. We had been planning a dive trip for months and lost our person that normally sat for us. Instead of kenneling our dogs I searched for pet sitters on Angie list. I came across pampered pets and called patricia. She was out to meet with me that day! Patricia was super prepared with questioners , forms , releases, and more. She was so concerned about our animals and making sure she knew everything about our animals!!! The price was more than fair for twice a day visits.... We left on Saturday and low and behold as our plane was departing I got a text with an update and pictures of our dogs! For the rest of the trip she sent us daily updates and we were even delayed leaving miami and Patricia stopped by to check on the dogs just to make sure all was ok!!! I have never taken my time to write a review good or bad but Patricia and pampered pets went above anything I could have possibly expected !!! Patricia is professional, dependable and knowledgable. Patricia has been taking care of my dog since October. I am able to work all day knowing my dog is safe and sound. Patricia has given me valuable training tips. She has also gone out of her way to make friends with my anti-social, mean Yorkie mix. This she does because she is kind, I don't even pay her for visiting my mean .guy. I highly recommend Pampered Pets and People. You will not be disappointed. Guaranteed!!!!

I feel very fortunate to have found Pampered Pets to care for my little dog. The owner, Patricia, is wonderfully professional: prompt, flexible, and organized. She has a great demeanor and my little dog took to her right away. Additionally, the facility is part of the owners home and thus makes my dog feel secure and comfortable. Since my dog is prone to seizures it is very important to reduce the stress involved. Patricia frequently updated me with how my dog was doing, and even sent me photos of him, some of them thoroughly enjoying himself with other dog buddies. One photo she took is the best picture I've ever had of him! I will continue to use Pampered Pets in the future and highly recommend them to my friends. It feels so great to have someone I can count on and that really cares for my dog when I have to be away from home.

Patricia is wonderful - definitely an animal person! We had her come every day for about 6 months to give our elderly dog, a 14 year old Dalmatian, a mid day visit. Highly recommend her for anyone with animals!

Patricia has cared for our animals for a few years while we've been gone, and I really mean she has cared. We receive texts after each visit, and this last time she had to put up with unexpected hail, snow and rain. Before we found her my husband and I seldom traveled together, but now we can with little worry. The animals are fine and we know they are in good hands. Thanks, Patricia!

This is the second time that Patricia and Oliver look after our fur son.The second time I brought him over to their house, even though it had been 4 months, our dog was so very excited to see Patricia. Patricia and Oliver are absolutely amazing! Patricia keeps us updated on how our fur son is doing by sending nuremous texts and pictures. It makes us feel so good to know that he is well taken care of and is safe and having a blast with the other dogs. The pictures revealed that our dog felt very much at home and was having a great time. It is very obvious that it is not just an animal boading facility.Patricia and Oliver are very very sweet , they love animals and truly care. We feel at ease leaving our fur son with them. We are so glad we found them and highly recommend them. Their business name represents them very well. Not only do they pamper our pet but we also feel pampered because they strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you both so much!

I arrange days for the owner to stop by and play /walk my pet...and it is a fabulous service. I wish that I had started it sooner!

Went great. We got daily texts with photos of the kitties. Great lady who loves cats.

Patricia responded right away to my request and made arrangements to do an initial visit. Cost $20.00 but you only are charged this once. Very friendly and professional. Great with my dogs. My wife was out of town and I wanted to go skiing but did not want to leave the dogs all day by themselves. I found Patricia on Angies list and called. We did initial consultation and signed all her insurance release forms. Showed her where everything was. Did a walk thru of the house and property. Gave her a key and she made plans to come over and spend some time with the dogs during that Saturday afternoon. (We are talking time as in hours not minutes.) I was on the slopes all day and got a call when Patricia had completed her visit with a nice summary of what went on. Also she reminded me to call her when I got home so she was sure everything was OK. Great person to work with. I felt really comfortable hiring her. Very professional and a wonderful personality. We will be hiring her again when we have future pet sitting needs.

All went well. Not only were the cat's needs met, but the plants were watered and the bottled water delivery was brought indoors.

Patricia not only took care of our puppy in our home; she opened her home for puppy daycare, which has provided a new and fun experience for our puppy who is in her socialization phase. Patricia's home is set up perfectly for outside play and running around in a very comfortable setting that any animal is sure to enjoy. Patricia really goes above and beyond to ensure she provides the best customer service, caring for our pet and ensuring we are comfortable at all times.

Patricia is very comfortable around pets and my dog immediately grew attached to her. She is kind and gentle with animals...and instills a sense of trust. I was very hesitant to have someone in my home....however, it was the best decision I made.
