We are so relieved that we've finally found a great doggy care facility for our dog! Patricia is always friendly and professional when we take our Airedale for a day visit, or an overnight. Our dog took right to Patricia which surprised us both, as she can be quite timid with new people! She is happy to go play in a great place with lots of furry friends to bond with. Patricia has a great yard with plenty of activities to explore with other dogs. We were never concerned that our dog would be pushed into socializing with other dogs--Patricia is very cautious with the meet and greet with the other dogs. Patricia always sends us updates during our dog's stay, and photos so we can see what she's up to! We are very pleased with Pampered Pets & People and Patricia's great facility!

What an amazing operation! Patricia is fabulous and has her entire house geared toward the animals. They have a full yard with all sorts of apparatus to crawl through, jump over and race around. She is very active with the dogs and sent me texts and pictures of our dog on a daily basis. He had to pass a two hour "test" period before he could come. She is exceedingly careful with the animals she keeps. They are fully vaccinated and have to have flea, tick and lice protection so that the other dogs cannot catch something. Highly recommend Pampered Pets.

I’ve boarded my dogs in various kennels for years. They often came back dirty, smelly and once with kennel cough. This created anxiety for me which kept me from enjoying the family trips and vacations as much I would if I could have had confidence my dogs were being truly cared for. I wanted my pet to have a nice vacation too. The solution was Pampered Pets and People. My dogs are not in a cinderblock and chain link 4 x 16 kennel. They are in a beautiful home, with pillow pet beds and a gorgeous, safe, huge backyard for exercise and play in a lovely forest setting. This is the difference between a Motel 6 and a 5-star Bed and Breakfast. Your pet will be catered to and loved. Patricia sends me photos by text to show me how well my “girls” are doing and it has really helped me have a better time on my vacation. A day of skiing is more fun when we get back and know our dogs have also had a day of fun exercise. A family road trip is more relaxing because we don’t worry about our dogs in a hot car or finding pet friendly lodging.

Patricia did a great job of looking after our fur-babies; they were happy and healthy when we returned, and that's the best feedback of all! We loved getting daily text messages & photos to let us know how they were doing. Knowing the cats and the house were well cared for gave us the peace of mind we needed to relax & enjoy our trip. Will definitely be calling again the next time we travel.

Patricia showed up a few days prior to gather information and sign contracts. She not only took great care of everything while we were traveling, Patricia also kept us up to date. She sent us status updates via text message and photos of the animals each time she visited.

My dog loves this place and gets extremely excited when we get close to the house! There is plenty of room outback for all the dogs to play, including kiddie pools in the summer. The owners play with and take good care of the dogs and make them feel comfortable at all times. All the boarded dogs sleep inside on doggie beds at night. I like that there is a thorough evaluation of all dogs before being able to board/daycare there. I will continue to use Pampered Pooches!

We set up pet sitting...not only were the animals (and our home) well cared for, but we also received text messages and photos of the animals each time she visited. We would definitely call her again.

Cooper sleeps in bed with us at home, and I love that he can enjoy that same comfort with Patricia. She has a very well organized system of caring for all of the animals and for providing them with a fun, safe, and super comfortable environment. I love that Cooper will have a few "friends" to hang out with also while we are away.

Our 3 year old golden retriever has been going to Pampered Pooches Playground once a week for about a month now. We’ve been very pleased with the attention she receives while there, and apparently our golden is as well – she runs to the front door every time we drop her off! It’s nice to have scheduled drop off & pick up times, and we appreciate that Patricia takes the time to introduce dogs one-on-one to avoid any issues, and also keeps us updated with how she’s doing through texts and photos. It’s great that the dogs have a fenced play area outside, but can come inside to warm up, cool down, dry off, or just take a nap. We haven’t boarded our dog overnight yet, but wouldn’t hesitate to based on our experience with the care she has received during the day. Thank you, Patricia – we’re grateful to have found you!

Patricia always takes excellent care of our pets and provides daily updates so we are assured that they are well cared for. There isn't a better pet/house sitter in our area.

I have hired Patricia to do pet and house sitting for me for both workdays (mid-day visits) and vacations. Patricia is the absolute best at caring for my dogs and cat. She takes very special care of them and makes me feel comfortable with leaving them. Patricia is very knowledgeable about pet care and is very conscientious with their well-being. I trust Patricia implicitly with the care of my babies and highly recommend her for your pet care needs!!

It went great, they are awesome. They treat the dogs just like they were their own pets. The dogs can also come in and go outside at their leisure which is great for my dog since she can do that at home. They have a huge fenced in yard with obstacle course which is great for the dogs to run and play in. They also have a doggy living room with furniture and even tv for the dogs, it's pretty awesome. Also, she sends tons of pictures while you're gone so that you can see how your dog is doing while you're away. Another nice feature is that she only takes around 7 dogs at a time.

Always outstanding. We have had this service for several years now and always receive great service. It is like we never left as the cats are happy and healthy. We will continue to use this service no question.

Pampered Pets and People are a wonderful and professional company. I like that they let the dogs have the run of the house and are allowed to get on the furniture. They have a large backyard to let the dogs run and play. Patricia kept me updated daily on how my dog was doing and they have a Facebook page where they post pictures daily of the dogs so you can see how much fun your dog is having. I like that they only have a low number of dogs that they board at a time, allowing my dog to receive plenty of attention. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with Patricia.

He's always happy to be dropped off, and was again. We received frequent updates and pictures of his stay, and of him interacting with Patricia's family and the other dogs. He enjoyed being allowed on the furniture, movie night, kisses and cuddles. Patricia is always quick to ask anything she needs to to make sure she can care for our animals properly. I highly recommend her!

Wonderful experience. Our dogs were well cared for and came back happy. None of the nervousness or sickness we have experienced with kennels in the past They were treated like her own pets. We will use Patricia in the future for our "girls" and have no reservations recommending her to other pet owners who worry constantly about their four legged family members when they are on vacation! We have used PP and P for a year and a half. Marley loves staying with Patricia and Oliver. He not only gets excited as we gets closer to their house but then drags me to their front door as soon as we get out of the car. He loves their playground and playing with the other dogs. He feels right at home and does very well with the house rules and routines. He has his usual chair where he likes to hang out after playing hard. We get lots of updates on how he is doing and that makes us feel great. It is a true doggy heaven. Patricia and Oliver are wonderful and very accommodating. This is the ONLY boarding place we use for our pup and it is by far the best. Thank you Patricia and Oliver for taking such great care of our boy!

We have been leaving Marley with Patricia and Oliver since January of 2015. The experiences there are always fabulous. We have a happy and very pooped puppy when we pick him up. It is the best place we have found for our very spoiled puppy. No crates there, just pure comfort and luxury. Thank you Patricia and Oliver for taking such great care of our sweet boy. It is always a great peace of mind to know that he is in good hands.

The stay was awesome! Our dogs absolutely love coming here, we have an 8yr old cocker spaniel and a 1yr old beagle mix, they love the big play area they have and playing with the other dogs that are there!

Patricia did a great job of keeping our dogs fed and entertained during our vacation. She gave them plenty of outdoor time, and they were allowed to free roam in her house. We also appreciated that the dogs were permitted to sleep in the same room with her at night, not in a cage. She posted pictures on Facebook everyday of them playing outside or resting on the colorful sofas she uses for that purpose. We felt complete confidence that our dogs were well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patricia's pet care service to any of my clients or friends.

PP&P gave me a 15% discount because my cat is not very social (she hides from anyone but me) and therefore she did not need to spend much time with her, which was unexpected but very nice. I received regular texts while I was travelling letting me know that all was well, which included reporting on litter box contents - that Peggy was peeing and that the poop was solid - a good indicator of health. I found PP&P to be very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Knowing that PP&P was caring for my dear cat enabled me to relax and enjoy my trip to France!

We have used Pampered Pets and People exclusively since 2011. Patricia treats our pets as if they were her own. She is an expert in the field and always goes above and beyond what is expected. She provides a daily update of the status of all of the pets which really takes the worry out of leaving them at home. Patricia is hands down the best pet and house sitter.

Pampered Pets provides a safe, warm, home-like dog boarding service for my little grand-doggie Jackson. The owner, Patricia, is competent, friendly, and professional. Even better my little dog loves her and doesn't go into a fearful tailspin when I drop him off. I receive frequent updates on how Jackson is doing, what he is doing and Patricia even texts me cute pictures of him enjoying his time there. My husband and I consider this as Jackson's daycare, or even summer camp. It's so nice to have a dependable provider that I trust immensely to take care of Jackson when I can't be home.

Marley loves staying with them and we love knowing that Marley is well taken care of when we travel. He feels right at home with them and he loves playing with the other dogs. We could not ask for a better place and better people.

She also sent lots of photos each day to update and apprise me of my Pet's progress....which reduced my stress level and showed me how conscientious she is. My pet loved romping in her large, enclosed yard with the other Pets and got lots of sunshine, exercise and ate well (customer provides their own food). Patricia made my Pet feel very much at home and my Pet even lounged on her sofa (which she is not allowed to do at home)! I will definitely be bringing her again for day care and when I go out-of-town. Another great feature of Pampered Pets and People is that you can drop off early and pick up late, which helped when my plane got in late. This was our first experience there and won't be our last. My Pet loved being there! It's like a "second home. I highly recommend Pampered Pets and People.
