Cornerstone Housecleaning

Deborah Egan and her husband operate this business in Colorado Springs. Our first scheduled cleaning, they were late getting here. Second - didn't show up but left a voice mail to reschedule, late arriving at the re-scheduled time. Third - came into our home, picked up the payment and disappeared for a while. Returned to do the work but since they were late getting started, they were late leaving. Fourth - didn't show up. Left another voice mail to reschedule. Rescheduled for 8 to 9 am the following morning. Left a voice mail at 9:30 saying she wasn't coming because she didn't like my tone with her about not showing up and mentioning that I was thinking of hiring someone else. The service was, at best, mediocre. The cost is high compared to similar providers. References were listed but not available for comment. The list of things they won't do is longer than the list of things they are willing to do.
