24/7 was quick and well done. They came within a few hours of us calling. They did the work completely and Forest who was in charge of my property answered my questions and concerned fast.

Dylan is the BEST!! He would call every morning to let me know an ETA of when they were coming that day, sent a follow-up email with more info on the work that they did at the end of the day, and was super helpful throughout the entire process. Having water damage sucks, but Dylan and his team (and Forest, the field supervisor) made the process easy through their beyond-expectations responsiveness and high quality work. I cannot express my thanks enough for the work they did!

IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET, BEWARE! Quote: $1400, Charged: $4800, Paid: $3250 This company will deploy a ton of unnecessary equipment to drive the price up to coerce you into filing an insurance claim. They put fans on concrete floors that had water on them for 10 minutes. They deployed equipment that they didn't plug in for two days. They kept everything in place for 7+ days because their "meter" said there was water (the sink overflowed for 10 minutes tops). A new person came by to close out and readily admitted the other person's meters were mis-calibrated and said he would have cleared out days earlier. Another person came out to quote replacing some baseboards, asked if I was paying out of pocket for the restoration, and laughed when I said I was, with the comment, "Everyone thinks they will pay out of pocket, but they all file claims when they see the bill". Sure enough, when the bill came, it was nearly 400% higher than the quote. Looking back on everything they deployed and did, I would have kicked them out after the carpet was dry and managed the equipment they wanted to deploy. The whole experience makes me wonder about the definition of fraud and whether it applies to how they operate their business. I'll let you draw your own conclusions.

Twice now, these guys have come to our house and absolutely saved us from ruin. The first time, we were on vacation in Italy, and they were able to come on a Sunday and save most of our stuff, as well as our house, from a broken toilet fixture that flooded two floors of our house! The second time was much more minor, but they came by in the middle of the evening, and got EVERYTHING taken care of! Not every detail has been perfect, but everything that has gone awry, they have bent over backward to make right. Which, to my mind, is the best part. Thank you SO MUCH to Forrest and the guys at 24/7! You guys are the best!

24-7 is an absolute joy to work with! Their work is impeccable and Dale is one of the friendliest and kindest people we've ever encountered. It's so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond as much as we experienced with them. We couldn't have been happier.

Prompt on the front end response. Tore out bottom of shower looking for leak. Very clean. Never determined leak. Repeatedly indicated they would get insurance to cover work as I considered doing it myself after talking with them. Set up multiple drying units over extended time at cost over $6,000. Insurance didn't cover--main contact didn't show for meeting with insurer on site. Once insurer made decision, 24/7 walked away and said it was our issue now. Pretty unhappy with insurer as well, though clearly this was not a 6k demolition--it was less then a 3x3ft shower floor. It was estimated to then take 11k to repair the demolition. After hit dead end, billing department was less than polite and somewhat sloppy. They did agree to payment plan, but stuck to $6000 bill. Shocking.

Don't hesitate to call 24/7, it's the right choice. Our dishwasher overflowed, causing the water to follow the sewer pipe and head into our finished basement. Another company recommended by our homeowner's insurance basically told us to DIY after interrogating us about our deductible - so after a short-lived attempt to fix it ourselves and a quick scan of Angie's List, we called 24/7 Restoration. Man oh man was calling 24/7 the right choice. 24/7 showed up very quickly in a clean, branded truck. They did not enter the house until each member of the three-person team had been introduced, shown us their personalized business card, and put on their protective booties. They asked to be shown around to the damaged areas. While one photographed and took measurements, another asked questions, and the final member of the team wrote down my answers. About 10 minutes later, the team walked me through their plan. They talked about exactly what they'd be doing, how long it would take, and what the likely steps would be. Before they started any work, they coated the entire walkway with clear plastic. They tarped off the damaged areas in the basement, they took measurements and samples of the wall and wood to make sure there was no asbestos where they'd be working. They set up the biggest HEPA filter I've ever seen (and dehumidifiers too) and explained how both worked and why we needed them. They gave me an insanely detailed preliminary estimate, an exact time they'd show up, along with the names of the team members who would show up, their phone numbers in case there was any confusion, and the name and number of the manager in case we needed to reschedule. They did this each and every day they showed up (they showed up every day until the work was done and kept us in the loop each time, calling ahead of time, planning the next day's visit, etc). The next day, the team showed up on time as promised, began the work of carefully removing the water-damaged areas one piece at a time. They took pictures throughout. They documented thoroughly. They took extra effort to keep their impact as minimal as possible. They used green products to eliminate the possibility of mold or other contaminants. They took extra care to not cause more damage as they worked, their cuts/demolition were clean and easy to repair/replace, and the whole job was completed competently and well. If only all businesses were run this way, there'd be no need for customer service departments. They even worked with our homeowner's insurance to make the process smooth. Each member of the team was respectful and willing to answer questions. They were kind to our kiddos and let them watch the less-dangerous parts of the demolition. They turned a very stressful situation into - as silly as this sounds - a situation where we actually looked forward to seeing the team each day because they always made us feel like we were being taken care of. A lot of companies talk a big game, these guys walk the walk. There is nobody I'd rather call first if it ever happened again.

This company is super honest to deal with, good with communication at every step of the process, good about sending quality people into your home and their work product is excellent! They responded to our flooding emergency within an hour and started the dry out process immediately. They came out the following morning and set up more equipment to expedite the drying and started the process of removing carpet/baseboards and sheetrock. We really appreciated how good their guys were at preventing any collateral damage - they were very careful at all times! They then replaced the sheetrock, sanded and repainted - all turning out very well and looking like high quality work! Again, just a very solid company to deal with and an overall great experience.

24-7 Restoration was a remarkable company to work with. We had a water-main break in our foundation and had severe water damage to our basement and crawl space. We originally used a different company as recommended by my insurance provider. The first company was not able to dry our basement effectively. A few weeks later a musty smell developed in our basement. I called 24-7 to have the crawl space checked out and a crew was at my home the same day. They found mold growing as a result of the failed dry-out from the first company. The 24-7 crew removed the mold and did a full dry-out of our basement. They were extremely professional and the work was top notch. I regret not going with 24-7 the first time. I highly recommend 24-7 restoration to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and quality restoration service.

24/7 Restoration did a fantastic job with mold remediation in a home I recently purchased. I later found a small area in my basement that looked like mold to me. I was prepping the area for new carpet to be installed within days. I called 24/7 and asked them to return to investigate. Richard Ortiz was part of the team who originally helped me and he came back to my house immediately and took his time investigating the problem area. Much to my relief he explained that the area was not mold and I could simply clean and install carpet. Richard could easily have told me it was mold and I would have paid any price to remediate as I had new carpet being installed in a few days. Instead, he took the time to explain to me how best to complete a simple clean up of water stains and he did not charge me as no work was needed beyond a light cleaning. Many thanks to everyone at 24/7 for saving the day.

The work was completed on time, on budget and very well done. 24/7 Restoration did the job thoroughly and completely while doing everything they could to keep the cost down. My house is now safe for my family without any extra cost.

It went wonderfully. They were a calming presence in a very stressful situation. They made the entire process very easy. They took control right away and got the job done thoroughly and efficiently. I was impressed with how clean they worked. Both the dry out and the rebuilding process were very smooth. They were very knowledgable, professional and I would highly recommend this company.

247 responded promptly to get the interior of the house dried out and minimize mildew, etc. They promptly made an estimate and submitted it to our insurance company so that work could begin. That's when a long ordeal of trying to get USAA to authorize and pay for the work. After three months of wrangling with USAA, 247 started the repair work, basically on good faith. Mostly because of the insurance delays, it took five months before the work was completed to the point that the house could be occupied and/or rented. Our only complaint about 247 is that I think they could have been more pro-active with USAA. They did press us for payment but weren't ugly about it. We finally had go borrow $11000 to get the job done.

The technicians for 24/7 were outstanding. We had never experienced water damage before and they responded within a couple hours. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. There was extensive water damage due to a toilet tank overflowing in the basement. The water was clean however the mildew/must odor was horrendous. They quickly assessed the situation and before they got started they explained how the process works for them and with our insurance. Steve and his crew were polite, friendly, and professional. All of my interactions with the employees were positive. I was going to purchase an Angie's list deal and the Manager advised that he would save me more money by lowering my deductible. Our cost out of pocket was around $800 after the insurance paid the claim. Our finished basement is put back together again and I feel that our entire experience was great. I joined Angie's List at 5 am after disaster hit in order to find plumber and restoration help. 24-7 was the first company to respond to flooding that happened overnight due to break in flex tubing under kitchen sink. By time we discovered flooding the water was over entire kitchen and also was through flooring and light fixtures/ceiling in basement and damage was done. 24-7 spent 8 days with drying equipment/dehumidifiers etc. in Kitchen area on hardwood floors drying them out. This was extremely successful as they got there right away and went right to work. Very responsive team. Liked all of the team that were involved. Adjusted pads and equipment and checked every day for level of moisture still in wood etc. Basement did not take as long to dry out but involved MAJOR hauling and cutting away of ceiling, drywall, insulation, rug as well as drying with fans and dehumidifiers. Lots of work involved, they used the egress window to haul away tons of heavy wet insulation we had in our ceiling and in all our walls. They did not take it out through the house and if there was any mess they cleaned it up. I cannot comment in depth on the pricing but because this was an emergency and disaster, I feel it was worth it to have a team that came out immediately (they were there by 9 am the morning I called). You don't really have time to "shop around" on pricing when you are in this situation and to get estimates when they arrive to help! I would highly recommend this company and all its employees. Very good at explaining what they were doing, showing me the measurements they were taking each day regarding moisture content in the wood. Because of the prompt response and thorough job we will only have to have the floors refinished, and I think ONE board replaced.

Every person from 24-7 was very professional and polite. They explained everything they did and cleaned up after they worked. I could not have been more pleased. Hopefully we will never need them again, but I would call them if we did.
