I didn't have very much done with them. It's fine. I didn't pay more than the deal I purchased. They were fine. I didn't have any problems with it. They were very responsive. It was perfectly adequate. It took them just about 20 minutes to complete the work. The worker was very professional. He was fine.

Technician almost missed finding the cause of the noisy opener, but he fixed it with no extra charge. Inspection and repair were covered by the $40 promotional coupon.

It went o.k. THE GARAGE DOOR WORKS !! HOWEVER THE PRICE WAS TO HIGH FOR SUCH A BASIC SERVICE. I WAS THINKING AROUND $ 100.00 WOULD HAVE BEEN FAIR. IT SEEMS LIKE THE SALES PITCH WHICH I'M SURE WAS DICTATED TO THE EMPLOYEE BY THE COMPANY WAS TIRING TO LISTEN TO AND SOUNDED HOLLOW. THE PAPER WORK AND WARRENTY WAS EXAUSTING TO READ AND FILLED WITH ALOT OF DISCLAIMERS WHICH THEN SOUNDED LIKE THERE WAS NO WARRENTY. I THREW IT ALL AWAY !! IF THE WORK HOLDS UP FOR 2 YEARS I WILL BE SATISFIED.. AFTER THE 2 YEARS ARE UP I WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER E-MAIL

I called to make an appointment and they answered right away. They set up an appointment within the week. Scott arrived on time and listened to all my requests patiently. He went to work right away and completed the job promptly. I had lost my remote and he had one on the truck that worked. Very professional, nice, clean, honest, and explained everything to me so that I understood the project. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again in the future.

Great company to work with. Every employee from estimate to completion was professional and cordial. There was a scheduling emergency that was a minor inconvenience, but the company did a great job making sure the job got done. Pricing was very competitive, and the job was done to high quality standards. Would recommend to everyone.

Especially when it comes to price. We are the only company to post our pricing on our website. We try to be as transparent as possible. Our roller installed are listed at 16.95 per roller with the door service so usually 169.00 and up. looks like @ 120.00 you can feel confident that you absolutely received a competitive price if not the best price and for sure the only price that is in black and white somewhere. Many companies love to say they would do something cheaper after the job is complete and they have no accountability for it because they do not publish there pricing. Springs were broken but I was unaware that the torsion drums (cable rollers) were very worn and needed replacing. The polyurethane rollers were optional but made the door much quieter. Bill adjusted the door and opener and all works very well now.

The Average spring last 7-9 years we see about 25% longer than the average on our springs. The poly rollers are probably our highest value item we put on and customers can really tell the difference. thanks for noticing that and mentioning it in your review. Remember to service your door at least every six months you do not need a technician to do that. Lube all your rollers (although not required to maintain lifetime warranty on the rollers it doesn't hurt.) lube all hinges track bearing plates. tighten hinge bolts if necessary and check your door balance. If your door falls out of balance and it will at some point then call us and we can come and retention the springs and do a professional door service (which involves adjustments to the torsion system) After the first retention you should be good until they break. They are cycle life springs so there is no telling how long they will last its really up to how often you use your door…. Thanks again for the review and the opportunity to service your garage door!"

I love the service. They were very prompt. He was very courteous and respectful. He explained everything. He installed the garage door opener and he explained how it worked and where to find the shut off and the controls. If the opener did not close, the lights down below may have got out of alignment level and just to make sure that they are looking at each other. It was very a good experience. I was very pleased with the price because I had checked out other companies too, but they were very reasonable and with my price, it was a little bit more only because I got additional remote controls that go with it. So, my price was a little bit higher to an extent than somebody else who is going to get the door with one opener. That was fine with me. I did not have a problem with the additional expense for the remote. They were very good with what they did. They called back and got it scheduled. The serviceman’s name was Ty and he was very prompt. Actually, he was waiting for me and I got there a few minutes early. He was already there.

One Clear Choice exceeded my expectations in every category.
A little history on this project...
My house was built in 1976, I have lived here for about 10 years. The only service ever performed on my garage door was by myself about 2 years ago when my old opener failed. I have no idea how old it was, but it was ancient. I did this job myself. Fast forward to 2 days ago.... As my garage door is closing I hear this metalic recoil snap sound come out of my garage, I quickly identify the problem... one of the 2 main torsion springs has snapped in 2. The door will not open with the opener, or by hand, it is basically seized in the closed position. The next day I create my account on Angie's list and start searching for garage door repair. I found a coupon here, 175 for spring replacement from One Clear Choice. I read some reviews, and purchased it. This was Sunday evening.
Monday morning I decided to call them directly because my car is stuck inside my garage, I told them about the coupon, and scheduled an appointment. I called at 730 AM - Mitchell was at my door within an hour. He apologized for being late. I was like no, you are very early, I just called you guys less than an hour ago! He was a total professional. He replaced both torsion springs, including the one that was not broken - I didn't even have to ask, but I knew I wanted both replaced - springs fail in pairs when they are installed together, I didn't want to have to have them come out again in a month or so when the other one gives out. He noticed my rollers were the typical 'construction' grade variety and said honestly, your door is in good shape, you might want to upgrade those, no pressure to do so at all. I approved the upgrade, went back inside the house to get some work done myself.
less than an hour later, Mitchell was already done! I was pretty amazed. Literally 2 hours after I called One Clear Choice, my door was fixed AND upgraded. He also lubricated everything, tested the door and showed me how much quieter it now is. The funny thing is the invoicing software on his iPAD took longer to get through than the actual job itself.
I couldn't be happier with the service, price and quality of their work and will not hesitate to use One Clear Choice again. This is my first review on Angies list, my first experience with any of their partners, and it definitely will not be the last.
