They've been really great. The doctors are great and it's easy to get in. They have same day appointments.

I like the time they take with me. They take time to ask a lot of questions as far as what the problem is or whatever, and they also have my history right there on the computer and not in a folder where doctors really don’t go through. They have kind of a triage thing there too where I see a physician’s assistant and then if I need the doctor, they refer me to the doctor. They’re very good with referrals out of the office if I need to. Sometimes I have had to go back, but that is kind of normal. Their billing is good, of course, they do take Medicare so there are no problems. They were listed on the website when I went to look to see Medicare providers. I’ve seen people when they take Medicare too and they’re working on a proactive program for keeping a patient’s health. I did not get to participate in it but I know they are doing that to follow through to see if patients are getting exercise and checking out to see if they’re eating the right food and stuff like that. So they’re working on proactive type of health care.

They are always professional and curteous. They seem genuinely concerned with our health and made a real effort to get to know us. Wait times are very minimal. Office hours are very good. Follow-up communications vary from OK to great depending on the Dr./Nurse. Michelle and Dr. Ceders are great. No experience with Dr. Linares.
Description of Work: My son and I have had several appointments over the last year for relatively minor issues. Allergies, Sleep Apnea, Depression, Acne etc.

They have been very spot on. They follow up, always checking in on me to see if I need to refill my meds, very friendly, on time so I think they do a great job.

I just moved here and have been a patient since last November. It is very easy to get an appointment with them. They are open on Saturday mornings. They are super, super nice people from the front desk all the way through to the doctors and their assistants. I will use them again.
