I contracted with NationScapes for their Gold Program which offers three visits per year re: sprinkler maintenance. This well organized and professional company was able to schedule my sprinkler system for the Winterize within the next week even though I just moved to Colorado. No other company could offer me such a quick solution to the quickly approaching freeze. I am very grateful for their upcoming service.

Was very happy initially when we put in the sprinklers. They were expensive, but seemed of good quality. Nate told my husband that they would winterize and restart in spring for 3 years as part of our contract. They came out and winterized at no cost, no problem last winter. When I called to get an appt for them to come out and start up, was told by receptionist/ofc person that it would be $250-350 to restart ( basically turn a couple knobs) i advised of the three year agmt and she said they did not do that and there would be a charge. My husband called and asked to speak with Nate or give him a message to contact my husband to confirm. This never happened. She advised if we restart ourselves, it would void our warranty. Kind of feeling like a bait n switch there.... What is a quality sprinkler system is now diminished by the lack of concern/customer service from the Co. We are disappointed as I did my due diligence to locate Nationscapes and my husband really liked and trusted Nate.

Good service but quite expensive.

Great service and friendly personnel

They were very easy to work with. We are new homeowners and figured we needed to blow out our sprinkler lines, but it had already been done. The technician let us know and when I called Nationscape about it they gave us the full refund which was great. We were very pleased with the customer service.

They did what they said they would do. Their pricing is very high. I would only use them again if I was desperate for immediate service.

They did not shut off the water after blowing out the sprinklers and it was dripping for days

The service man knew what he was doing. Clearly very experienced. They were more expensive than other pros for similar services, but available more quickly.

The service man was great, and he took care of the sprinkler flushing service quite well. He even alerted me to a potential problem.

The Company confirmed the night before. The day of a text was sent when rep was enroute. The rep did a completed inspection of the system. He made Very knowledgeable and informative recommendations to me given first time homeowner. He was not pushy. He effective and remarkable time management.. I totally recommend Nation Scapes..

They were expensive to start with and then added a thawing charge which I only found out about after the fact; also the technician brought the wrong hose initially and needed to come back 90 minutes later.

The most expensive out of all the companies I contacted for winterizing my sprinklers. They also charge an extra $15 for the two minutes it takes to blow out the sixth zone. I guess they know they have you over a barrel when the temps are going to drop below freezing. On the upside, they did come out and get the job done.

Pricey but excellent. They saved me in a pinch to blow out my sprinklers when most companies were booked. They were about twice the price of competitors yet were high quality service. Iâ d hire them again.
