My wife and I visited, with pre-purchased frame (from Aaron Brothers) and daughter's picture. It was made clear that we wanted Aaron Brothers to take our frame, daughter's pic, and use the double matting we jointly selected, and complete the entire work of matting and framing the picture. Well, after 2 weeks to order the matting, we get a call saying it's ready to come pick it up. We show up, and unbelievably, all that was done was order the matting, cut it, and lay it on top of my frame and picture. Why on God' green earth would we pay ~$100 for cut matting?? It was clear what we wanted, a completely finished matted and framed product. Why else would we have brought in and left the fame and picture?? How stupid is this, and how stupid do they think we are?? No further business!! Arrogant manager, to boot! Jim

I had 4 pieces of artwork matted and framed. This is a great example of a framing shop that has trained their employees well. They are knowledgeable about what works and what doesn't in displaying your artwork professionally and to its best advantage. The people who I worked with had excellent suggestions and offered cost saving options as well. After I picked this order up, there was one especially large piece which ended up with a small chip in the glass. This was museum quality glass and I was apprehensive about taking it back to have it fixed. The store was completely accepting of the fact that it was not setup right and they completely redid the glass setup and had it redone in two days. I was very impressed with their acceptance of the issue and resolution of the problem.
