Great service and very professional.

Absolutely do NOT use this company. I hired it for a furnace tuneup & thermostat install. It sent out Jeremy, who was arrogant & rude. Looked at my GE furnace before he did anything & said " it's old. You need a new one." Finally got him to install new thermostat, which he wasn't going to do & furnace still wouldn't turn on. Then he said" you need a new one. What brand do you want?" I told him the ones didn't want, but he didn't listen. He told me what I was going to get, then showed me on his phone &estimate w no details for Trane one stage 80% & he'd "give me a good deal for $7550 with $1000 off & 10 yr warranty. Well the warranty is Trane's standard warranty. I told him to give me a written estimate & he refused. Said he never gave written estimates. I had to tell him to put the doors back on the furnace. I did complain about this & called/ texted company. Was told the owner & service mgr would be contacted & would call me. Four days later: nothing. I'm a senior &

It took two technicians nearly 4 hours to replace a few outlets and a bathroom fan motor. The invoice was much higher than expected but I am not very knowledgeable. Otherwise both technicians showed up on time, were very friendly, and knowledgeable. Just seemed like a lengthy and expensive visit.

$500 was the initial quote to tighten the loose wire near the breaker box, but the professionals recognized that I am a single mom making ends meet on a teacher salary -- so, they discounted the fee to $285. I really appreciated that they were very quick to respond!

The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and worked expertly and methodically to diagnose and fix our electrical problem. Problem solved in one visit on the day I called. First class customer service.

Bombarded with calls and emails of people who don't even do the service I asked for. TOP SHELF is the best.

Technician was professional and knowledgable. I did not receive any quote prior to work beginning, and had done a sizable amount of troubleshooting before the technician began (which eliminated steps he needed to complete), but was still billed what is likely a common amount for a typical visit. Problem was ultimately resolved, but all things considered, "value for money" was not what I'd view as up to par.

Top Shelf was awesome! Very professional and easy to work with. I left Applewood Plumbing for these guys because I was tired of the way they treat their "Gold" customers and of paying their premium prices. Uli and his team were great - stayed until 9pm to make sure I had a working furnace after my old one conked out. They will be my go to company from now on!

Prior to hiring Topshelf to install a wholehouse steam humidifier I spoke with several companies. Darrell responded quickly, was knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. His team arrived on time, introduced themselves, followed Covid safety measures, put shoe coverings on everytime they entered my house. When the installation was completed, they made sure I knew how to operate the system. No trace of them was left behind only a house that now is humidified and overall much warmer with a lower temperature setting. I would highly recommend this company!
