No Ware Computer Repair

Eric did a fast job (in less the two hours) in diagnosing my desktops problems. Basically the power supply spiked and crashed my hard drive. Rather then doing a pretty much rebuild, I decided to just buy a new computer. Eric pulled the parts out of the desktop that were salvageable, wrapped them in static free wrapping, and gave me the contact info for a company that may be able to recover some of my data from the crashed hard drive. He wasn't on your list but boy he should be! He was incredible. I just don't even know how you could improve on what he did for me. He really went to bat for me. He did all the research on my computer. In fact he couldn't even repair it because it had to be sent back to the HP manufacturer to be repaired because it was an issue of you couldn't order the part; only HP would do it. He did all of his research, called up the company and found that my computer was under warranty. He got all the information and got the box sent to me. I didn't do a thing. He ended up calling me and saying, "Well, you need to come and pick up your computer. You will need to, when the box comes, mail it in". He spent several hours on the project and didn't charge me because he said, "I didn't do anything. I was just on the phone". I was like, "Oh! my gosh" I said, "What can I give you? What do I owe you?" He said, "Nothing. Just bring your computers to me to repair" He was very knowledgeable and very open. He totally took care of my problem. In fact I'm getting ready to take another computer over to him because he did such good work. Trustworthy, ethical. There are so many things that he really did for me that went beyond the call of duty or whatever. I took up hours of his time and he really went in. He is trying to build his business. He is not looking to just go, "Okay give me 50 bucks and go away" He really took care of me. So I have been telling everybody about him. In fact probably Monday I will take my computer over to him to get it working properly again. These guys charge a lot. Sometimes they are worth it and sometimes they aren't. This guy was totally worth it. I would have paid him whatever he asked because he did such hard work for me. He is so ethical and knowledgeable. Those kinds of words really set this young man. He had all the answers and if he didn't he said, "Ha I don't know. I will look this up" Many people will not admit that they don't know how to do something. He was right on top of it. He got back to me on the same day that I took things over there thinking it was going to be there for weeks and all of a sudden he calls the same day. Same day service, that's a good thing. He is a very professional young man. He just had it together. He just knew what he was talking about. You can tell when people know what they are talking about. I can anyway because I'm old.
