These folks were wonderful. Paul and Josh work together very well, and fixed an issue that had been a problem ever since my house was first built. Not only were they pleasant and helpful, they went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy, and showed me where to get the other missing parts that had been left off of my microwave (grease filters, an easy install for me to do a little later on). I would use these fellows again in a heartbeat!

We felt the price of the repair was very reasonable and we would definitely use Tubby Appliance again. We had an Angie's List coupon which was applied to the repair.

It went very well. The cost is an approximate cost because Paul came out more than once. He fixed the original problem with my washing machine and refrigerator. He fixed the ice maker but had to order a replacement part to repair the leak coming from the bottom of the refrigerator. Once that was done, the washing machine developed another problem. He came out again and fixed that, too. The cost is an estimate. What I do remember is that the cost was affordable and Paul worked until the repair was complete and I had no questions or issues. Would I call him again? ABSOLUTELY!.

Paul was professional on the phone and the person he sent out spent over an hour trying to figure out the problem at no charge. He then quoted us $300 to fix our dishwasher and said he would put in the parts order the following day and it would take a week. We never heard from him again, despite calling and leaving several messages. It's been two weeks now so I guess we are going to have to start over from scratch with a new estimate. Meanwhile my dishes are stacking up.

Was very punctual and respectful. Recommended the fix and was upfront about pricing. Turns out the fix is something I could do myself.

I have a 7 year old Samsung Front Loader Steam Washer that I love and that has worked beautifully for me - handled everything I asked of it. When I received a code that indicated the motor was having a problem I thought for sure it was the beginning of the end. First time client of Tubby Appliance and when I called on a Saturday the owner answered and coached me through a few possible easy homeowner fixes. Wow- that never happens with a big company and I was very grateful! When they did not work he offered to come right out but not necessary from my standpoint. Did schedule an immediate appointment for early in the week. The washer was eventually fixed (waited for a part) to my great relief. Works like a charm.. I was completely satisfied (thrilled actually) with this small owner operator business and will call them again when the next appliance needs saving. They were neat, knowledgeable, personable and completely professional. And the charge with parts was about $150 total.

Very friendly, professional and communicated well. Very happy with the service. I was surprised that he charged me for the trip to pick up the part, cause I had told him about the igniter before hand. Seemed like it may have been a communication issue.

Paul and Josh showed up right on time and got right to work. We had previously received a diagnosis of a leaking valve from LG factory service. Paul and Josh proceeded to disassemble the washing machine to access the suspect valves to confirm the diagnosis, but determined the valves were working properly. They continued to troubleshoot the leaking and narrowed the problem down to a bad door seal. They cleaned and adjusted the seal and we've had no problems for going on three weeks. To summarize, Paul and Josh were prompt, experienced, and patient. They displayed a knowledge of our LG unit and asked good questions during the troubleshooting phase, zeroing in on the eventual problem. They quickly reassembled the washing machine and left the laundry area clean and neat. The cost for the repair was extremely reasonable. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in using or recommending Paul and Josh for future appliance maintenance and repairs.

Josh was professional, friendly and got the job done! We were thankful that he came out on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend to finish the job, so that we'd have our oven repaired in time to cook holiday brunch the next day. My only suggestion would be to work on communication - we had to follow up a couple times to check up on parts, set repair dates, etc., but when we did call, we were treated respectfully and the repair was taken care of right away. We will recommend Tubby's Appliance and will definitely use them again in the future!

It was great. My wife dealt with him, and she was very happy about his punctuality and professionalism. He even fixed a little thing that has been wrong with our fridge for a while. Very happy with the service.

I very highly recommend Tubby Appliance Repair!. Our Samsung dishwasher had a broken bracket (quite common in this model) and one of the plastic tabs that hold it on to the top rack broke off and went into the pump of the dishwasher. It had been making a loud grinding sound for several weeks whenever we started the dishwasher, then again when it finished the cycle. Josh was extremely professional, arrived right on time, and was very conscientious to make sure the work he did was perfect. he took great care to avoid scratching our floors as the dishwasher was very difficult to remove and replace. He made sure it looked and operated perfectly. He clearly explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Finally, the repair cost was much less than I had expected after reading reviews of other repair companies. I will absolutely call Tubby Appliance again for any major appliance repair.

i called and left a message. He called back the same day and set an appointment for the following day. He was flexible and easy to estabish a time with. He came early which was fine and found the drain was clogged. He cleaned the drain and tested the drain pump. All seems fine now.

It was great! Our dryer, washing machine and dishwasher were all acting up badly, and Tubby Appliance fixed them all in just a few hours. Pretty amazing, and a great deal.

We have a Samsung front loading washer, just a couple years old. A leak developed and we contacted Tubby Appliance. They came out and found a small leak. The part took a few weeks to come in. The day after the new part was put in, we ran the washer. Water began pouring through our ceiling. Turns out the washer hose had not been replaced correctly. Damage to the ceiling is estimated at $600.00. The person who completed the repair informed us they are not insured for the damage. Will never use these folks again.

Great! He was friendly, professional, explained what he needed to do and how much it would cost. Made sure we got a look at the part so we could understand what he was doing.

The repairman came out and thoroughly examined our washer and determined that the problem was a defective timer. One was ordered from California, none being available locally. After its arrival, he returned and installed it..

Paul showed up on a Friday to look at our dryer - the drum wasn't rotating anymore. He arrived on-time, disassembled the dryer and found that the motor was burned out. He quickly looked up the spare part on his phone, ordered it, and we set a time for him to come by Monday morning to fix it. He did an excellent job, was extremely professional and courteous, and we will call him again in a heartbeat should any other appliance start to even sound funny.

My refrigerator went out Friday evening. It looked bad to me, and I thought I was going to need a new refrigerator. I called and was thrilled he could come the next day on Saturday. He said he could fix it. The only problem was that the supplier where he could get the parts was closed for the weekend. He came back Monday morning and completed the repair. My refrigerator was good as new. He went out of his way to take care of this quickly for me. He was kind and thoughtful and I couldn't have been more pleased.
