Paul was accommodating in scheduling the visit, punctual, and professional. He spent a lot of time at our place and explained every option, and then did the repairs efficiently and effectively. We will happily use him again when needed.

We had an outstanding experience with Paul from Tubby Appliance from the beginning to the end. When we called to inquire about service, he clearly had appliance repair experience and knew what our problem right away. He was able to come the next day. Paul arrived promptly within the window of time he gave us on the phone. He explained step by step what he was going to do and answered all of our questions. Paul thawed and cleaned the drain in our bottom freezer refrigerator. When he finished he even offered to vacuum behind our fridge! He was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend Tubby Appliance to anyone that needs an appliance repaired.

It went very well. Paul was most knowledgeable about his troubleshooting methods to determine what was causing no air flow from the freezer to the fridge. It was a non-working fan and he went out to get the replacement fan and back to install it within one hour. I would highly recommend his services for any large appliance repairs. I had a very bad experience with another large retailer repair man and scheduling. They couldn't get someone to me within a few days. It was always two weeks out and I had the first repair guy come and go without fixing the problem. I called to get him back the same day, but the retailer would not do it and scheduled another visit two more weeks out. That second visit was cancelled because he called in sick on a Saturday and another two weeks out for another visit was scheduled. I found Paul on Angie's List and he came out the very same day that I called him. I would recommend him to everyone.

Excellent. I called him on Sunday 9/7 in a panic because our GE Profile refrigerator had not been maintaining proper temperature, for at least 24 hours. He came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem. Made an appointment the next day on Monday, 9/8 to replace the inverter on the refrigerator. After it was installed, the refrigerator started working immediately afterwards. He also installed a water filter as well, at our request, which he picked up for us with the inverter that needed replaced.He also told me to get some dry ice at the grocery store, and put in the freezer to maintain the temperature of the refrigerator in the interim.A consummate professional... very easy to work with and courteous. Also took time to explain the issue to me, so I could understand what was going on.I would highly recommend him to anyone for appliance repair.

The owner himself arrived on time and was very polite and courteous right off the bat. He took his time checking out the dryer in an effort to correctly identify the root of the problem. He had parts with him so he was able to quickly make the necessary fixes. He also noticed another weak safety area and suggested a low-cost solution to me. Altogether, he did a wonderful job and made me feel comfortable with the work he was doing. He also offered a comprehensive guarantee of his work quality. The dryer has worked perfectly. I will definitely recommend Tubby Appliance to my friends and family.

Tubby found the problem right away and installed the new part. The door works great now! He also cleaned under and behind my refrigerator as there was a lot of dust. Now the refrigerator sounds quieter. I highly recommend Tubbyand quot;s Appliances!

We came home from vacation to learn from our house sitter that the refrigerator/freezer stopped working, and that by the time she discovered it there was a lot of ruined food. I did an Angie's List search for a repairman, and was concerned because I have NEVER had a good experience with appliance repair. Even when they did a good job, the cost was in my mind ridiculous.Paul Tubby responded pretty quickly to the message I left, even though he was working in the mountains and had bad cell service. He had a very long day, but was sensitive to the fact that you need your refrigerator. That evening, on his way down from the mountain he came by, about 7pm.Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, we move the refrigerator out, and he quickly found the problem: a starter for the condenser as I remember, and said it takes a few days to get that particular part, but he would check his truck. He came back in with one, saying he got it free from the supplier for some reason. He didn't have to tell me that. He could have charged me for it but didn't. He popped in it, helped me reposition the refrigerator, and charged me only for labor, and very reasonable at that.I just came across his card, and realized I never promoted him on Angie's, and feel bad about that.USE TUBBY APPLIANCE! I now have a company I feel good about!

Never called to confirm or reschedule appt times.

All went well. Clean, neat and very polite. Personable. Told me there was a deal online that if I purchased it I would get the better rate. So that's what I did! Came back a week later because I heard the motor making noise and he looked for where the sound was to be coming from. Naturally, when he arrived, the noise stopped. Ha Ha! Next time he said is it doesn't cause problems, he'll take care of it even when it's hot and so busy in the middle of summer. Not to worry.

Paul is Great!!! No scamming or games. It was a simple fix and his service call fee covered the whole thing.I would highly recommend Tubby Appliances to anyone.

Tubby was great. He was able to fix the fridge, tell us what was wrong and why it failed the way it did. The price was decent and I felt confident that he did a very good job. We will definitely use him again as needed.

The entire process went exceptionally well. I contacted Tubby Appliance yesterday and they setup appointmentfor today. Paul arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and make repairs in timely manor. Paul is a very friendly, courteous and professional person and his knowledge of the workings of my washer were very impressive.

Didn't go so well, he was a very nice man and he gave us what we ultimately needed but he said did some troubleshooting to dishwasher and he really didn't. So he sent someone else out and the guy came out and told us that it would cost more to fix the dishwasher and replace it. But the owner of the business didn't really know what he was doing.

the price was fair and the service was pleasant.

Paul and Josh were both great. They leveled my washing machine, trimmed and reattached the dryer hose and confirmed that my stove element is dead - all for the price of a service call. They both were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I felt they were extremely honest and I would really recommend them.

Paul was great. You know the freezer and oven need to break simultaneously at the absolute worst time, such as when you are preparing a large meal for out-of-town house guests that are arriving in a few days. Paul was quick to respond and able to fit us into his schedule on short notice. He was quick to diagnose both issues (broken thermostat in the freezer and damaged bottom coil in the oven), quick to call his supplier and pick up the replacement parts (less than an hour, if I recall properly), and quick to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to explain the issue, as well as how to identify (and fix it) the problem, for future reference. He was also a very nice guy. I saved his number for whenever we need an appliance repair again. I definitely have no problem recommending him.

it went fine, he told me he wouldn't charge me but I sent him a check for the service call, which is very reasonable.
