It was okay. Small job. Didn't do a great work or take my considerations into account.

The tech arrived Monday afternoon, and said that he didn't have the right pump with him and would have to return another day(even though the dispatcher told me he usually carries pumps on the truck, or can easily get one from their supplier). We tried to figure out a time when he could return when I could be there to discuss any work with him. He also recommended that an licensed electrician come out and install an actual outlet by the fountain area according to code. They recommended an outstanding electrician, who came out that same night and did provide correct electrical service for us.I tried to schedule a time for the tech to come back and install the pump when I could be there to meet him (since the electrical work had been completed). I wasn't able to be home, so he came Thursday, installed the wrong pump (which barely trickled), and plugged an extension cord across the fountain area into the new electrical service.When I got home Thursday, I was very frustrated and called the electrician, who seemed both very kind and very competent, and he offered that if I could go to the store and buy my own pump, he would assist me in installing it in the fountain. He came that Thursday night, explained that the pump that BR and D had brought was less than 1/2 the amperage needed, and helped me install the pump and properly conceal the electric cord.BR and D's office manager didn't return my calls on Friday or Monday morning, and now tells me that I will be responsible for the bill still. (I hope she intends to pay the electrician who came Thursday just out of kindness.)The only reason I'm not giving them an and quot;Fand quot; rating is that they did recommend an excellent electrician. But they were rude, unresponsive, and to this day, never so much as apologized for their mess. Guess companies are not always the best just because somebody liked them on Angieslist.

They were great. We have actually taken them on for who we use for all of our work. We've had a couple of issues and they have given us good tips on how to fix them. They have a long wait list. They are booked so far out that you have to get your appointment a month or two in advance.

Came same day and set up test for locale of leak. Found it, set up date for commercial department to repair.
Previous job was re - building upper bog. Cost $940. Great job.

Great crew and workers!

Start to finish everything went great. The crews were on time every morning. The foreman and his workers worked extremely well together. I had materials on site, but didnt know if I had enough. They kept me informed of their needs and I was able to have more delivered and no one missed a step. When all was completed I had only three or four boulders left.

Both owner and workers listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly.  I did not need to make any mid-course corrections.  The finished result it beautiful.  The estimate was much lower than the former feature had cost.  Work was done diligently, quietly, and professionally.  I am delighted with this company.

Adam was very prompt and professional.  He is always at the housewhen promised and does a great job

Everything went really well beginning with our first meeting with Bud  and ending with Lisa who came and planted the pond.
David and his staff were professional and courteous and as hard working as you'll ever find.  We paid exactly what the initial bid was even though it took 2 days longer than the estimate due to the size of the boulders that had to be moved around.  We had a 100% satisfactory experience with this company.

Every thing turned out great, the work was done on time and at the cost they had quoted me. Would definitely use this company again. 

I made sure they got the work done right.  The work took more co-ordination on my part than I would have liked.

Very professional, easy to get along with, corrected all small mistakes, got work done when they said they would, and followed up after the work was done. Would highly recommend, excellent work.

It came out really nice. It is very serene and calming. They worked with me on the initial design and then did exactly what I wanted. They also take care of the maintenance work.
