About us

I am Seth Kuddes, owner of United Window Cleaning. When I graduated from CSU with a degree in Business Management it was time for my dreams of being an entrepreneur to be put in motion. I launched United Window Cleaning in the summer of 2007 as a local, family-owned window washing business, and it continues to operate that way. My ongoing desire is to create a thriving window cleaning business that is operated with integrity, marked by professional excellence, and carried out with friendliness. In just a few years we have expanded to cover Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and all the surrounding areas! And because of you, our customers, we are also expanding our services to include gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and screen repair/replacement.

The worker showed up on time and did a good job, working steadily for about 3 hours cleaning the windows and screens outside and then inside. He was was friendly and had a good atitude.

Seth arrived as scheduled and cleaned the windows inside and out. I have lots of plants outside but he worked without damaging them. Windows were left clean and streak-free. My only minor complaint is on communication. He should have walked through the house with me when completed. After he left I went through and inspected the windows and found a couple of minor issues with the screens. Although not his fault or part of his work, I wish he had been proactive in pointing out some maintenance work that I needed to do.
