Lumber Liquidators

This was the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with. The staff was not helpful, and the person that you schedule installation with would not return calls. At one point, the store manager called me and said that they had accidentally shredded my deposit check, and could I replace it. When I told the manager "no", he said, "that's ok, I'll cover it, it was our fault anyway." But, wouldn't you know, that check was mysteriously found and cashed! This was a monkey operation from the get-go. I was constantly put off, told that my order had come in, then when I went to schedule installation, the order wasn't there. When I finally got through to someone to schedule delivery, I was told that the product would be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday. Who has a 4-day delivery window?? When I expressed to the delivery person that I worked, and this window would not work for me, he agreed to deliver my flooring on a Friday. I took off of work for the delivery. When 4:00 PM rolled around and I had not heard from the store, I called them a third time and left a third phone message. I finally got hold of someone at 5:15 PM, and asked when my floor would be delivered. He then told me that I was not on the schedule for that day. I had made this delivery appointment the Monday prior. They finally brought me my flooring that Saturday. When the installer came to install the floor, several items that were key to the installation were missing, ex: the wood trim, the under floor padding. Another delivery had to be made for these items. Once the installer came to install the flooring for a room that measured 10X11, it took the single person that was sent from 9 AM to 7 PM to finish that small area of installation.
I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I was with the service that was given to me. Think twice before purchasing from this store!!
