We have found the plumbing company of our dreams and will have them on seed-dial. Just a couple of brothers (small company) doing what they do best.

I called him, at my neighbor's suggestion, and he was able to come the next day (1 hour early). And, he not only solved the problem but also found that we needed to change the 6 batteries which help us touch the faucet and the water turns on and/off. His wife answered when I called and she was very thoughtful and understanding.

It went so excellently! Technician arrived early, quickly diagnosed he needed a different type of unit (that was an error on our part), found it quickly and still installed it the same day. He walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself and disposed of all materials. No-hassle service from the first phone call to the "thank you" at the end! Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be going to them first in the future.

Detected a gas leak at the water heater late afternoon. Called Aspen and they rearranged their schedule to put me in the next day (when a "big plumber outfit" said it would be a week before they could come out). Then, in the morning, Ron the owner called and said a job had finished quickly and he could stop by even earlier than the appointment. He came over, used a testing instrument which showed that the leak was not tiny, but actually pretty bad. Well, I could smell it, so yeah. Took about 15 minutes to disassemble the gas feed and replace the fitting. Tested again and tested all the other gas connections and found it was resolved. Ron himself was friendly and easy to talk to -- very likeable guy and knows his stuff. If I have to replace the water heater (it's getting old), then this is the man I'm gonna call. He installs Rheem glass-lined heaters because they last longer. Oh yeah, since I have wood floors, he and the helper took off their shoes to avoid bringing in the snow. When they were done with the work, they re-lit the heater, adjusted the temperature, and cleaned up the work area nicely. Overall, a very good experience to what might have been a dangerous situation.

I hired Aspen Plumbing Service to install a new gas line to my kitchen for a gas range. Ron (the owner and plumber) was probably one of the most helpful and professional contractors that I've worked with. Moreover, his price was about half that of two other quotes that I received. There was a question about local code, and Ron called the city's building department to confirm that the project would pass inspection before starting work. Aspen was able to start work within a few days of my first phone call, and came back the day the project passed inspection to finalize the range installation. Finally, I mentioned to Ron that I'd call him back to fix a very slow leak in a new valve that I installed myself when replacing a toilet. Rather than having to call back, Ron fixed the leak by re-installing the valve the same day he installed the gas line, AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR IT! Yes, I made sure to tip him for this and for his excellent service. I'll never hire another plumber, and will recommend Aspen Plumbing Service anytime someone needs a plumber.
