We were pleased with the effort, energy, and time they put in to making sure this job went well and that the new water heater, even though it was a bit larger, fit in the same space the other unit was in. Appreciated the professionalism and respect of the crew that did the work for us.

After not having hot water for nearly two weeks, the service man showed over 45 minutes late with no call. I live in a mountain community and the weather will prevent appointments from being kept. This was one of the reasons that appointments were rescheduled. Other reasons were that previous jobs were taking longer than expected so my appointment kept having to be rescheduled. So finally, he showed up late. When I let him and his helper into my house, I could tell he, Goodwin Lee, was angry. I tried to make small talk about how bad the weather and snow had been and he kept repeating and repeating that he was "not in charge of scheduling", becoming more and more agitated. I thought he was just trying to be humorous. I said, "Just let me vent a little" also in a joking way trying to keep it light. He then turned on me, a few inches from my face and screamed, "I'M NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO ANY MORE G--DAMNED B******* OR YOU CAN FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER PLUMBER!!! I was so shocked I couldn't think for a moment. I really feared for my safety at that point. I walked away to gather my thoughts, then walked back to where he was standing and told him with his helper to leave my home. This man, Goodwin Lee, should not be in contact with public--he is dangerous. I wouldn't want any other little old retired lady, or anyone else for that matter, to be accosted so violently as I was. Thank you. Judith A. Henderson, BSRDH, MSW

Mountain Valley cracked new kitchen ceramic tile, dented new refrigerator door, did not recognize parts in existing icemaker line, chipped new range drawer. They left 95% of the work unfinished, doors left open, lights left on, trash and copper pipe strewn through garage/kitchen. The following morning, the Owner called to "cancel" stating they were "too busy".After I contacted an attorney, sent a certified letter & photos of damages, they returned to smear concrete over broken tile and to push copper piping through an existing plastic line. They denied denting the refrigerator door & left it in the garage. They claimed that attaching the sink, dishwasher, & kickspace heater were "too much work" for them. After the damages, they even sent a bill for almost $400.
