 + -1 moreMy windows and screens are dirty. I need to wait a week for a refund. Then, I will need to schedule with an alternate window cleaner.
Description of Work: I purchased the deal to wash 30 windows, including cleaning screens. Because the last person to have washed the windows replaced some of the screens upside down, Ty window cleaning refused to remove and clean the screens. Because he was unwilling to complete the service purchased, we agreed to cancel the service call. After adding up the "extra's" to be charged in addition to the deal pricing, this was not much of a deal. Ty's pricing ended up being the same as any other window cleaner.

 + -1 moreThese guys were great! I had originally used them from an Angie's List coupon, and liked them so much that I used them again for a full priced window cleaning service. Always on time, very courteous, and wonderfully tolerant of my dog constantly trying to play with them. Everything was put back in place and they didn't make a mess on the inside (no water spills, drips on the floor, etc.). I definitely plan to use them again.

 + -1 moreBoth TY and his helper were both very nice. They did the windows, which look great, and the screens and the tracks, that were filthy. Very professional, very thorough and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and would also have them back again. The house is so much brighter now with clean windows.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of my windows of which 30 panes were covered in the deal and I had more that they happily did for $6 a pane. They also did the hall chandelier.

 + 0 moreThe overall job quality was excellent. They are able to get at very high windows and skylights. They identified basement window screens that were damaged by bushes and repaired them. Very professional. I had bought a deal through Angie's list, but the follow-on additional window cleaning costs were much higher than I expected. Be sure to know what you are getting into before having these guys out on site.
