Lindsey was our project manager, and she made sure that the crew had everything they needed and that the job went smoothly. Treven, who did the quote, helped me pick out colors, and they turned out really well. Last but not least, Brianna in the office took care of the initial appointment and all the business stuff. My husband and I are happy to enthusiastically recommend Kind Home Solutions! A trusted neighbor referred me to them. I requested an online estimate for exterior painting, gutter replacement and wood rot repair on our Littleton mid-century modern. Katie called me within a half hour and arranged a same-day estimate with Ryota, Director of Construction Services. He prepared a digital estimate after careful examination of our home's exterior, then sat down to explain every aspect of it to us. We signed a contract on the spot, based on their clear and reasonable estimate, and were delighted to learn they could fit in our job within two weeks. In all facets of the project, each member of the Kind staff and painting crew was prompt, polite, professional, thoroughly explained each process in advance and answered our questions completely. Their work was performed very neatly, with complete clean-ups, accomplished on schedule, and we are very happy with the result. We would like to mention they also provided excellent follow-up. When we observed the gutter performance after the first rain, we noticed we needed another drain spout. They responded quickly to our request and installed it just a day or two later. It's working great -- the work was done efficiently and expertly -- and the problem has been resolved. We've already recommended Kind Home Solutions to a close-by neighbor who was impressed with the quality of the work and she has signed on for exterior painting. We can't recommend them highly enough! When we're ready for overdue interior painting, we will definitely use them.

Kind Home Solutions, LLC performed a major repainting of the exterior of my home. The job included some carpentry repairs, all new gutters, staining the deck, and exterior prep & painting. This was a lot of work. They consulted well on all aspects of the job. They communicated well during the job and they showed up when they said they would. Their work was of great quality. Maria, Martha and crew did an awesome job painting our house, it looks great! Entire team from estimator, office staff, wood repair and project manager were very helpful and wonderful to work with. I really appreciate that everyone showed up when they said they would!!!!!

The girls that did the painting were very quick and thorough. They calked everything and stopped only for lunch. The day was in the '90s and they just kept going. I would highly recommend this company. All the people we worked with were great!

I originally had a different company start the paint project. After I saw how poorly the prepwork was going I fired them and brought on Kind Home Solutions to deliver on the estimate they had given. I met with Austin and he walked me through the process. We discussed colors and procedures. He took down a list of my concerns. He stipulated that I would not have to make any payment until the job was complete and I approved of the result The crew that did the prepwork was efficient, thoughtfull, skilled and thorough. My deck was draped and not a drop of paint touched it. The painting was mostly complete in one day. Austin came out on the last day and had the crew touch up imperfections. One word to describe the work done....flawless. I didn't think anyone could prep and paint my home as well as I could. Kind home solutions proved me wrong and far exceeded my expectations. This is the kind of company all other service companies should aspire to be like. My highest recommendation goes out to the world for Kind Home Solutions.

Kind Home is a big operation but in the end it was good for us. Quality of work was fantastic. They were timely, thorough and flexible. They took the time to clean, prep, stain, and then stain again, and then come out and spot check. Then they left without a trace. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I wish all home-improvement companies would follow in Kind Homeâ s example. They made sure all of my needs were met. They replaced rotting wood work and painted my homes exterior. Their communication and attention to detail made the whole process seamless. My house looks absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend.

From beginning to end, this project was perfect. The estimator explained, and taught me what to look for. I would say the same for the carpenter. The woodwork was double the estimators, but she could not see from the ground how extensive the damage was. Woodworkers came and did a remarkable job, along with some other little things they saw needed to be done. Painters came and did a great job. The project manager was in constant contact with me about schedule changes, and any other slight foreseeable problems. Before asking for payment the project manager asked if there was any problems, and he fixed them. This is a stand up company that holds to their every word. I enjoyed working with them, and will enjoy the awesome job they have done for many years to come.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. Their administrator, scheduler, estimator, woodworker, project manager and the painters were all wonderful. Communication was amazing and the care they put into their work and painting made our house beautiful. We are very happy with their work!
