Yes, I have a Manufactured Mobile Home. This is the 1st time I painted my house and I wanted to be extra special ! My project was $1500.00 more than I had saved and my trim work didn't match the color in my head. Trim work turned out Olive Green instead of a warm Brown. They wouldn't fix the color, either. No Senior Discounts :'-( Customer service wasn't the greatest, you get transferred to different people all the time, can't reach out for any help. NO follow ups, NO questions. NO concerns. NO nothing ! I am very, very disappointed with this company ! NOT RECOMMENDED ! :'-(

The crew was efficient and professional and did a tremendous job in painting the lower level, stairs and upper hallways. Although they missed a few minor touch ups, the lead guy came by, inspected and completed those minor touch ups. Will definitely use them for future painting needs.

Was blown away in the way VIVAXPROS conducted business!! From the initial estimate to scheduling and all the coordination required to the woodwork, washing, gutters and finally painting. This was seamless with each of the areas supervisors arriving on time, saying the same thing and performing flawlessly. The Paint Crew/Team with Lorenzo were exceptional in all areas. Enjoyed all the crews and couldn't be happier with the results.

This company is a professional company that we had paint the exterior of our house. They were very professional doing a great job and most of all cleaned everything up afterwords. very impressed with there service and how they handled there business. I would like to thank them for a great job.

The customer experience they gave to my family and Home was very high level and quality. They gave a great break down and explanation of work and paint. They offer a no exclusions warranty and completed the job within the time frame they quoted. Price was comparable to the other estimates I received.

Pros: their price & warranty were the most reasonable, and overall the finished product looks nice. Cons: we had 5-6 different contacts over the course of the project, between the original project manager, the woodwork project manager, the paint project manager and the actual painters (who only spoke limited English, so it was harder to communicate directly with them). There was miscommunication and certain pieces had to be repainted, and I ended up installing one set of shutters and painting one of them myself because they painted the wrong side and I just needed the project to be done. It should have been a 2-3 day job, but almost two weeks later it was not done because they were working on other jobs and couldn't finish ours. You get what you pay for.

Everyone was extremely professional. They were friendly and trustworthy, they were honest and made me feel confident about hiring them for the job. I enjoyed meeting each one of them, because you will have an entire team working for your project, and each one of them is just incredibly nice with great customer service. I would recommend their service to my family and friends.

They responded quickly, after the estimate they had a crew in the next day. I was supposed to take up to 3 days, they finished it in one. They even have a problem working around beehives.

Vivax was good, their Project Manager was great to work with regarding the work we wanted done and how the we wanted the bid structured (tiered based on possible work). The painters showed up on time and got the job done.
