Vivax Pro Painting

I liked the idea that they didn't what payment until I was satisfied with all the work. And yes I was very satisfied, my home looks great.

wth the amount of work needed the job was very reasonable priced and they did a fantastic job in a quick time.

I had two sets of painters: The first set were to take 4-5 days doing a full house paint job, stain the fence and paint the deck. This was completed in two days with unprofessional results. They did not use drop cloths, paint was dripped on the porch, steps, driveway and surrounding plants. In addition the work was unprofessional. After my complaints of which their were many, a second crew came to correct the problems. Although the second set of painters were more professional, the paint drops were still everywhere and it was an additional 5 days for all the repairs.

They were timely and followed up every step of the way.

Samantha was amazing for shceduing and color selection. Once the job was done we had to have them come back 4 times before it was done right. They did a HORRIBLE job! Complained about it taking too much paint (not my problem). We had to do final touchups ourselves so we could sell the house. I will NEVER use this company again.

Great service. On time and on budget

Vivax is a full service company that helped with HOA issues, scheduling, and completed project within an acceptable timeframe. They did quality woodwork replacement as well. Workers were polite and respectful during the painting process. They were always responsive and available for questions and to address setbacks (our HOA was a challenge).

Vivax provided excellent communication and continual follow up on our project. We had a great crew and excellent project management throughout our project. Our house looks fantastic and we would give Vivax an excellent review and recommendation.

They did a good job on the masking, painting, and trim. They forgot some equipment, I had to call them, they came back right away to take care of things. I would recommend them and use them again.

Just signed contract yesterday. So far, they are excellent.

Lots of fluffa nd promises...had to watch and ask for many items from the crew. The "Project Manager" was nowhere to be found. Took them much longer tahn promised, kept leaving to do other jobs and left a mess each time. Didn't do windows correctly. Very disappointing experience.

I found Vivac to be very professional. The service they offered exceeded the other bids I got. I am pleased with the results. I was able to point out the small things I wanted corrected and they took care of all of them before the payment was due.

I do customer service for a living and these folks really go the extra mile. As far as the work, it was top notch, not only did they call before every step but they were on time and made sure any question I had was answered. All of my neighbors have commented on how nice our house looks and I would easily recommend Vivax to anyone looking to have any painting done.
