After all the rain delays, they got the prep going and it did not take them long to complete the job. Very professional.

They did a great job. We will need them to come back for some touch up though.

They did an amazing job painting the exterior and trim on our house. Everything from start to finish was done very professionally. The south side of our house was showing much damage from the sun, and after they finsihed the job, it looks like a brand new home. I would definitely recommend Vivax for your home improvement project.

They did a meticulous job prepping before painting. The house was long overdue for painting and they caulked every single board that needed it. They sanded as needed and I had some woodpecker damage to the house which they fixed. They were great with customer service communicating frequently about the process. On the actual day of painting, they sent a large crew so it could be completed that day rather than dragging it out. This paint job was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Vivax is a very professional organization. From our first meeting with the sales staff to our final walk through with the Senior Project Manager, Jamie. We were extremely satisfied. The turnaround time for the actual work was quick and they painted the house exactly as instructed. We also had the decks refinished and they turned out nicely as well.

The entire team was very professional and thorough from start to finish. They explained each step and followed up throughout the process. We would hire them again.

I was impressed with the company. More importantly, my wife was impressed with them. The only "ding" I would give them is they did not communicate with us as promised; they missed a scheduled event which caused me to spend a good bit of time doing nothing; and a promised follow up for a paint flaw was not followed up. Other than those items, everything else was fine.

Their bid was the highest but I read previous positive reviews and hoped for similar satisfaction. The finished product was great BUT the project took 9 days because of repeated attempts to paint during a very rainy week. Communication between the production manager and the actual painter was poor resulting in using the wrong color trim paint on a good portion of the house. The error was happily corrected by repainting with the correct color. Repeated complaints to management resulted in calls from company executive who seemed very concerned about the problems and who promised to address the issues, although at no time did he offer any financial consideration for the extreme inconvenience of the 9 day ordeal. I feel my experience was an isolated one for this company and hope that future customers will have a much more pleasant overall experience and an equally outstanding final result.

Austin Wilcox was my project manager and he did a great job coordinating this job. The exterior paint of my house looks great and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He even helped with the final clean up and personally replaced a plant damaged during this process. I'd definitely hire this company again.

We were very pleased with Vivax--we actually hired them to replace our roof and gutters as well. It's nice to have a single point of contact for numerous projects. For the exterior painting, they were meticulous in taking care of problem areas, sealing and priming and applying more than one coat when it was needed (e.g., our siding on the north side). Our paint project manager, Glen, kept us informed of the progress and oversaw the paint crew--having them fix anything that he felt needed more attention. He walked with us through a final inspection at the end to make sure we were pleased with the results. We are very happy with the job and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Vivax Pro was great to deal with from beginning to end. Customer service and quality of work was awesome. They fit me in early because they had an opening and finished the whole outside of our house (and small shed) in a day and a half! Would definitely recommend and use again.

We had our house painted in April 2015. The project managers Nick and Scott were great. They were extremely thorough and explained exactly what I could expect with the project. The crew showed up everyday on time and ready to work. Their attention to detail was astonishing. On the final walk through I searched and searched to find a flaw and came up with nothing. At the conclusion of the project ,which only took 2.5 days for a pretty large house. The warranty was explained in detail and I was asked if I had any other questions. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were fantastic. Thanks Guys!!

Terrific job, a representative was always in contact. They moved up our timelines on almost every phase, at our discretion and approval, but for my purposes was a huge plus. They were on time and here for every scheduled date.

They did a fabulous job all the way around. I had one issue, that they did not come on the specified day (my days off, & I have a dog) so I had to take a day off work. But they were able to use my complaint for future training opportunities & also made it right with me.

I enjoyed the professionalism from Vivax. When there were questions/concerns, their timely reply was greatly appreciated. Vivax has a team of people that are part of the project throughout the process and each team has a specialty so there are professionals working on each step in the process lending to a quality job. I have and will continue to recommend Vivax to everyone looking for a paint job well done. I should not forget to mention the warranty that Vivax offers, better than any other company we researched and had estimates from. All in all a great company and my home looks incredible.
