Vivax Pros were extremely professional and personable. From the estimate, schedulers, project manager and crew (Skyler, Brianna, Hunter, Arturo) we had a great experience. Each section was responsive, communicative, available, prompt, and the exterior paint job on our Denver Square home was done in the timeframe promised as weather allowed. The crew prepped, painted as we requested and cleaned up after themselves each day while on the job. I plan to use Vivax Pros for an interior paint job soon.

I could not be happier with the work of the Vivax team, led by project manager Lindsay Johnson. From start to finish, the team was professional, quick to offer help, such as: Color consultation (which my husband and I desperately needed since we were nervous about making a drastic change), and fixing woodwork. And they are just generally nice. Most importantly, of course, the house looks terrific! Jose and his crew finished in just a day and a half. They also waited to work until 9 a.m. since we live next to an enormous condo complex, and we did not want to inconvenience (or anger) our neighbors, which we appreciated. Kudos!

We interviewed and received bids from four different painting companies. One company was significantly more expensive than the other three and they were eliminated from consideration. The remaining three companies were all within a hundred dollars or so of each other. We ultimately decided to go with Vivax Pro, because of their warranty and the excellent customer service we received up front while they addressed and answered all our questions and concerns. Now that the project has been completed we are very happy with the results. Our painters Felix and Roberto finished the entire exterior painting process in two days. Our Project Manager kept us in the loop through the entire process and made sure we were satisfied with their work before we paid. Yes, I would recommend Vivax Pro.

I was extremely happy with the painting Vivax Pro did on my home. It started with a person coming out and explaining the different jobs they do, and a project manager making sure on a walk through everything was covered for the paint team to arrive the next day to complete the job. Everyone was customer-focused and the painting was perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who want the job done and done right!

Customer service was great. Paint job was exactly what was promised. Only down side the painters killed our grass when they cleaned out their sprayer.

Extremely pleased with the exterior paint job on our stucco home, which was built in 2005. Response to initial inquiry was very quick, estimate and assessment within just a few days. Estimate was within Home Advisors' range, and within our budget. We thought the work would have to wait until spring of 2019, but they were able to work us in right before the cold set in last fall of 2018. Vivax reps, foremen, crew leader and all workers were extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We always knew the plan of action and what to expect. The entire exterior was completed within two days to our complete satisfaction. Minimal inconvenience and extremely pleased with results. Would hire again.

They were able to get us scheduled quickly, not the cheapest option but they did a good job. We had a few issues that needed to be corrected but they came out quickly to fix it.

This was a major project to paint our entire stucco house. We needed to have roof, deck and stucco repairs done before the painting. These prior projects took longer than anticipated. Vivax worked with us to change the schedule several times as the scope of the earlier projects became more clear. They were patient and professional throughout.

It took about 6 weeks to complete my Mom's house. Phase 1-3 went well. Very professional, great customer service and gave good advise. The only issue I had is Phase 4 the painting of the house. My Project Manager did not show up, so I had to advise painters parts of the house that needed to be painted, they also do not power wash the house as I was told they would. The brick on the house did not come out as expected either. I was advised they would come back out and re-paint, but have not come yet. Overall, the paint job is great.
