Vivax Pro Painting

Incredible service from estimate to completion. Carlos at Qualified Painting was great and very detail oriented. I would use Vivax again.

They have a very good warranty. UT the home owner needs to be quality control. If you don''t point out errors they won't catch them but they will fix anything you catch!

They were great communicators the whole time through and even started the project 2 days earlier! If we had a concern it was addressed immediately. We are very satisfied with the professionalism of this company.

They were on top of everything, including schedules and steps. On time and on estimate. Very easy on me for sure.

Some scheduling issues getting the job started. They are in progress now and things are going smoothly.

Good customer service is hard to find, but I found it with them. They did exactly what they said they would and my house looks great.

One of the reasons I chose Vivax Pros was the reviews I read. Now I feel it is important to share my experience to help other homeowners. Vivax was the most expensive bid I received but I thought the warranty they offered was worth it. I did the final walk through with the PM today and as I pointed out issues; paint on stone I was told oh that was there before, rough finish on a door that's how it was from the previous painter yet the crew painted over a a hornets nest at the front peak of the home and he didn't notice that. If you choose them take pictures before because they have every excuse in the book to not correct things.

Very Professional and personable, did what they said, and showed up when they said and completed on time.

They painted the garage door the same dark color as the siding which I wasn't expecting. It makes the whole house too dark. I don't remember requesting that but they claim I did. In any case to have them repaint the garage door alone was going to be outrageous so I had to pass. I think they should have offered me a significant discount since I just spent a lot to have the whole house painted by them. Over-all I was pleased with the work and customer service and would highly recommend them.

So far the work performed, siding and trim repair, is less than good. Despite multiple contacts they have not yet redone, or completed work to my satisfaction. They have failed to do anything except say they will be coming soon to complete the poor work. The house is not painted, they have not shown up and I re-did the garage door trim myself, so it was done right. They are not reliable, they have performed poorly and I have fired them.

Had Vivax Pros install new gutters on my home and they did a great job. Next they will be painting my house. From the first visit for quotes to scheduling work dates, email reminders, courtesy calls, answering questions, etc. these people have it going on. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and I guess I can't say enough. I am so pleased to have come in contact with them. Thank you all - Pam in Colorado Springs, CO

Very professional approach to all aspects , from estimating cost, thru power washing, carpentry, and the assignment of a Project Manager to oversee the accomplishment of all tasks.

These guys knocked it out of the park. I have a very old Victorian that hadn't been painted in years. I was nervous at first because there is just so much ornate detail on my house but Vivax Pros did an amazing job. There was literally no detail overlooked and they got my house painted in two days. If you have the chance to work with Keith, you're in great hands. He's been in the business for a while and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He even sent me photos of my house while I was at work just to keep me in the know and I honestly think he was just as excited with the progress as I was. A+ service and work.

Our only problem with Vivax was caused because they were so busy that they were several days later than their promised dates in painting and finishing the job.

The men were efficient and knew their job. They were neat and friendly. we were amazed, it was all done in one day and looks great!
