Fantastic experience from initial phone call to final walk though. In addition to doing a great job with an eye for detail; they were professional, on-time and communicative! Definitely will use them again.

Expensive for quality of work.

Stellar! Vivax was by far the best contractor I've ever hired, hands down. From the second we signed the contract, they took care of everything. We needed to use their carpenter for trim and gutters, which was extremely convenient. They had project managers for every aspect of the process who were all really nice and extremely easy to get a hold of. We even had to call them back for some touch up work after a second home project, and they were there within the week, no questions asked--all included in their warranty. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Vivax Pros Denver just finished painting and refurbishing the exterior of our home. I have NEVER had such a positive experience with contractors. From Megan, who was our first contact with Vivax, to Morgan, who gave the estimate...Manisha the project coordinator, Ryan the woodworking supervisor and his crew, Brennan, the painting supervisor, Carlos and his teammate, painters....they were all super professional, organized, courteous, flexible, meticulous, thoughtful and accommodating. They let me know when they would show up, and they showed up when they said. They went out of their way to deliver a superior finished product, and went above and beyond, cleaning up a mess they didn't make and replacing things which were not on the contract at no additional charge. They worked around my work schedule, and responded very quickly to any text or email I sent with questions. I am so excited about their service I told the cashier at Lowes whose son was looking for a paint company! I can hardly wait to call them and get our interior painting done. What an awesome group of professionals. I wish there were 100 stars I could give them! Thanks so much. You really are PROS!!!!

Very efficient and good with communication. The work was done quickly and with very good quality. They made the process very easy. The painters were considerate of our furniture and took appropriate measures to protect it.

Edit: Just received a call today asking about a $200 difference for a gutter they may or may not have charged us for. Now they want us to check to see if we have an itemized statement to see if we were charged for the gutter. Seriously? They are worried about $200 on a $16,000 bill dated 02/27/2017. Terrible Customer service. This was an insurance claim from a major hail storm. They did the roof and updated everything to code, replaced some trim boards and painted the house w/attached garage and spare garage. We changed all 3 colors entirely on the house and it looks great. Great warranty, also. Only a couple of small issues where a rain gutter was left off and unpainted and another gutter/drain that was being changed was not removed correctly the first time, but was done correctly within a small time frame. Final walk through went well and all small details were completed.

They were very thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me. We had woodworking and gutter replacements to also do and it was very nice to have them manage all of the projects, including the exterior painting, at the same time to ensure the house projects moved seemlessly. They simply did a great job in all aspects. I would highly recommend them.

Overall great experience with Vivax Pros. I'm really happy with the quality of my exterior paint job.

Thus company is amazing! The professionals they hire are courteous and attentive. They are quick, careful, and precise. Such a wonderful crew to work with...I would definitely hire them again!

Vivax kept me informed on all schedule dates and held to the schedule. They did good work and were very courteous. I made changes during the work and they were more than fair on pricing.

Never finish the job. Trim was be replace never finished. On reputable company.
