Tile Masters

John was very prompt in getting back to me. He kept every appointment and was here when he said he would be. John is a great communicator and follows through on what he says. When he got here to do the work, I will admit that I was unsure of how the experience would be because of being burned by another company we had previously hired, but I was THOROUGHLY impressed with the work that was done and would recommend John to anyone looking to have tile cleaned. We plan to use John in the future for some tile repairs also and I will give another review at that time.

Extremely professional customer service. He explained the entire process and went above and beyond to also recaulk areas of the shower. After he completed the cleaning he contacted us with ways to keep mold from appearing again in the future. As a bonus, he was also able to replace and grout around a missing river rock on the floor of the shower. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tile Masters.

Excellent, quick work.

John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . He fixed a problem that seemed to have no solution!

He said he was going to clean grout on bathroom walls. When I asked him if he did it he said yes but the bathtub and shower floors were dry but he charged me for them

Great service - great work...he came - got right on it and the project was done.including things we didn't even expect to get done! Only tiny negative was the cleanup outside...other than that - a perfect job - would use this guy again and again!
