Tile Masters

John was great - got there on time, worked very rapidly, and left a spotless bathroom with the work 100% done. We let the grout sit for a day, and the shower is now back to 100% - no more leaks through the grout!

John was prompt, professional and efficient. He corrected the problem and we hired him for an extra job. I highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable and his work is excellent.

John did a great jo!. During our inital visit he did a "test spot" to show us the difference between what our floors looked like now and what they could look like; we were hooked and set up an appointment! Our floor looks great and we look forward to working with Tile Masters again in the future!

John was very prompt calling me and setting up an appointment to get the job done. The grout looks terrific and I now know not to use bleach products on my grout since they cause it to deteriorate! I have already recommended Tile Masters to a co-worker.

He's left me hanging, my house is a mess and he won't be back until next Wednesday the 14th. The job he did is deplorable. He blew out a plug with his machine and now that plug and my chandelier won't work. He initially said the job would take 2 days...he was here for three days and is still not finished. He was extremely sloppy and did not clean up after.

John did a great job on cleaning/replacing some moldy grout in my shower stall, and replacing the moldy clear caulking as well. He cleaned up joints in the aluminum/plexiglass shower enclosure frame and sealed off part of the ceramic tile bench that had been leaking water into it. It's spic and span! He was on time, very amenable, and had great suggestions how to keep the job in budget but take care of everything we needed. Thanks, John!

John was on time (even though I wasn't!) and was so easy to work with. His bid was competitive--not too low and not too high--and he knew what he was doing. Our shower looks great!
