The cleaning crew failed to clean several areas that were advertised as being included. They cleaned the interiors of few, if any kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They didn't clean the interior of a bathroom medicine cabinet, they completely skipped the basement bar, leaving dust on the counters, food inside the cabinets, and residue in the refrigerator. They didn't clean closet shelves. The crew knocked down a set of window blinds, then left them on the floor, uncleaned.

When I contacted the owner, instead of offering to come see the work herself, or trying to make it right, she argued with me for a half an hour, and has repeatedly blamed me for not bringing the problems to her attention within 24 hours. She also accused me of faking a photo of the dirt her crew left behind. She has also indicated that the house was supposed to have been empty, but some items had already been moved in. The only things moved in were a table and chairs in the basement, and boxes in an unfinshed portion of the basement. There was nothing on any shelves or in any cabinets that would have hindered their cleaning.

The owner offered only a refund of $20, which is 10% of my cost after a $40 coupon. It has been over a month, and I have not received the refund. I had to clean the entire basement bar, inside and out, and every single bathroom and kitchen drawer and cabinet myself. The cleaning was a complete waste of money and the customer service afterward was appalling.

My family used this company for awhile. They were very inconsistant. Sometimes the house was cleaned great and other times the kitchen fllor didnot look washed and there were crumbs left on the floor. I decided that since I couldnot consistently trust that I would have a thorough cleaning of my home I would not use them anymore.
They were also consistently late.

It has generally gone very well.  Ramona is great to deal with, and very responsive.  Sometimes I don't feel they do as good as good a job as others but that has always been my experience with these types of firms.  In fairness, I haven't provided feedback, either, so they have not had a chance to address the few issues I have had.  They always come when scheduled.  I continue to use them and have no plans to change at this time.

Ramona was excellent to deal with on the phone and setting the initial inspection appointment and cleaning date was very easy.  The cleaners were slightly late but made up for it with great personalities and a thorough cleaning of the house.  I will use them again.

I have used their services for about year now. I think they do a fairly thorough job.  Their prices are also reasonable. I do see a noticeable difference when they leave. They are here for the most part on time. They also do a great job of fitting my schedule. I have pets and they do a really good job of removing the pet hair in my home.

The two ladies that came to my house were very professional. They were on time and thorough.  Ramona has also been very responsive when I call.

I was happy with the initial cleaning and  am going to use the Cleaning Pros for regular (every 2 week) cleaning.

**I have just updated my review to lower the scores and provide even more feedback.  I have left my original review intact below.  My husband and I just returned from re-cleaning the condo that Ramona's team did a move-out clean for.  My original review below was mostly based on the fact that I hadn't been able to fully evaluate the extent of the cleaning that her team completed.  I have now changed my overall score to "F".  My husband and I actually scrubbed the floors and guess what?  They are now clean. The water that we used to clean them was black after we finished and that was after emptying the bucket several times throughout.  I thought that the grout in the kitchen was just stained but it was dirty.  I have no idea what these people actually did in my condo but I can tell you that they did not CLEAN.  If I had spent 3 hours on my own in the condo cleaning it would have looked twice as good as what it did and they had twice that!  850 square feet and no flooring/carpet to deal with in half of the space.  Nothing was actually clean and they had 2 professionals in there for almost 3 hours each!!  I am quick to give credit where credit is due, I don't want to come off as someone who has a beef with everyone and everything.  Check out my other review (I'm pretty new to Angie's List).  Please avoid this company at all costs - you will be ripped off and disappointed.

Ramona was able to get us scheduled pretty quickly for the date and time that I was hoping for.  We had 2 women come to clean our condo and they were professional and got right to work.  The overall cleaning took almost 3 hours which, for a small condo, I thought would mean better results than what we got.

The women arrived 30 minutes late for my appointment.  The most disappointing part was that I never received a call to alert me that they were running late.  At the point where they were more than 15 minutes late I called Ramona and she was well aware of teh situation.  She had my cell phone number so I don't understand why I wasn't contacted.  She told me that they were a couple of minutes away but that actually meant almost 15 more.

The results of the cleaning were okay at best.  There were still some crumbs on the kitchen floor so it wasn't thoroughly swept and cleaned.  The appliances have drip marks and a film on them like a dirty rag was used for the cleaning.  I requested that the inside of the windows be cleaned and they are smudged.  I did not call Ramona to have the team return to fix the issues as I just don't have time to show up for another appointment for which they may be excessively late.  I won't use this company again.

I called the day before when our scheduled housekeeper couldn't make it. Ramona  was extremely gracious and helpful. We had a  a very small window of time available , so she sent three capable people the very next day. They were professional  and thorough.  I will certainly call  them  again in the future!

I was pressed for time - we needed our house thoroughly cleaned before putting it on the market in a few days.  Another cleaning company cancelled, and I called The Cleaning Pro's in desperation.  Ramona returned my call timely, was knowledgeable and polite, and was able to schedule cleaners for me on the next day.   Vicki and Rebecca who performed the cleaning were professional, polite, and asked about the specifics of the job and any preferences I had.   They were efficient and the house looks perfect.  Every floorboard dusted, every mirror is sparkling, they got all the dust bunnies and pet hair (from a large black dog) completely taken care of.  I was so relieved to have such good service, I know our house  will show well with such a meticulous cleaning.  I would hire this company again in a heartbeat - and indeed I will if our house needs a "touch up" while being shown.  Thank you!

Ramona is very responsible and easily reachable.She arranges appts around my schedule. The women that cleaned my house did a very good job and asked me to check everything before they left. They took pride in doing a good job.

LOVED the experience from start to finish! Ramona was amazing on the phone, as I called to ask for someone to come help us out ASAP, if possible.  She offered up a team for the same day!  We ended up settling on the following day, since we were still doing some work around the home. 

Rebecca and Alissa (?) came right on time, all equipment and supplies in tow.  They were friendly (even chatted with my 5-year-old son!), professional, thorough, and focused on some areas we hadn't even discussed...went above & beyond what was necessary.  We couldn't have asked for a better service, and are just thrilled with the results!

We will definitely use the company again...and look forward to possibly using them on a regular basis!

After a year of working full time, caring for my infant son, and spending hours each week on volunteer work, I'd fallen terribly behind on the housework.  My husband and I decided that we were ready to bring in outside help to stay on top of the cleaning.  We arranged to have The Cleaning Pros do a deep clean of our home in anticipation of beginning regular service with them.  Ramona came over, evaluated the situation and provided us with a quote of $140 for the deep clean of approximately 1,000 sq ft (just the upper level - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms.  (Had we elected to go with regularly scheduled service after that, it would have been $80 every 2 weeks for the same rooms to be maintained.)  We set an appointment for the following Saturday.  The 3 women who were assigned to our job arrived right on time and wasted no time before getting to work.  They were polite and worked very quickly.  As I had errands to run, I took the baby and left while my husband stayed behind to answer any questions the crew might have.  I expected to be gone about 3 hours, and anticipated that they'd be wrapping up just as I was returning.  I was quite surprised when my husband called less than 2 hours after the crew first arrived to let me know that they had already left.  When I returned home, I walked around expecting to find an incredibly clean house.  While the house was clean, it certainly wasn't what I'd consider to be deep clean, and there were a number of basic items that I had to address myself (dusing the chair rail in the dining room, wiping down the dining table, cabinet fronts, some surfaces that needed re-dusting, mirrors that were streaked, a dried-on clump of cat fur from the mopping that was done on our hardwoods, running the vacuum brush along the baseboards & furnace vents, polishing the kitchen sink fixtures, etc.)   Had this been a regular clean and not a deep clean, we'd have been relatively pleased with the service we received (though not 100% pleased - as I mentioned earlier, some of the items that were overlooked were pretty fundamental,) but for the added cost of the deep clean, we honestly expected quite a bit more than we got.  I haven't yet been able to connect with Ramona to express my disappointment, though I'm not sure what could be done at this point since it's been a few weeks.  While Ramona was professional, it was clear that the crew was in a rush to get through our job and I'm not sure why.  Given my experience with The Cleaning Pros, I wouldn't recommend them at this point.

I have used them for about three years. They do a good job. The same two people clean my home every two weeks. The owner Ramona is very professional.

We chose to get bi-weekly cleanings for our house. Two people come each time to clean for us. It takes about 2 hours and they have done a good job so far. Again, some things were missed the first couple of times but I expected that. The last cleaning was amazing and I am impressed, especially since the price is right. I recommended The Cleaning Pro's to a friend and I would recommend them again. They are easy to work with.

Overall, the service was fantastic. The house was extremely clean when they were done. I do have a couple complaints, however. They broke one of the track lighting shades and the lightbulb in it, but they did not mention it when I inspected the work afterward, and I didn't notice until about a week later. The house is entirely hardwood floors, and they did an extremely WET mop on the floor. The floors haven't been refinished in a while, so that much water on the floor is never good. But all-in-all, great service, and a very clean house.

They answered the phone on the first call, gave a thorough review of services and price and then they showed up just a few days later ready to go. They used the solutions I indicated were preferred and left the house gleaming - good attention to detail and nice job overall!

The same team of two women comes into the house every other week and I just love them. They are very thorough each time they come. Occasionally they see something that may need a bit deeper of a cleaning, inform me of it, and ask if I want it done. I trust them to the point that we do not have to be at home for them to come (not big on that initially). Little makes me happier than coming home to a well-cleaned house. I cannot say enough good.

Ramona was very personable on the phone. We scheduled the cleaning and everything went great! Would use them again.

They did a great job. They came out quickly after we called, were on time, and did a thorough job of cleaning what was a pretty filthy house.

They are punctual, they do a very good job, and we are very happy with them.

Overall they are fabulous! I trust them. They have never broken anything and they do a great job. I have recommended them to my friends. They are very reliable and do a great job! I have used several cleaning services over the past 10 years and they are one of the best that I have used.

The Cleaning Pro which is run by Ramona, does good detailed, thorough, and quick work. I've been using them for two months now having them come once a week. I think their price is a little high. They are not punctual and this is frustrating to me because I am very punctual myself and I'm too busy for that. They had said they would be here at 3 or 3:30 and didn't come until 5.

VERY GOOD AND THOROUGH. ONE TIME CLEANINGS ARE EXCELLENT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THEY DO NOT ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. THE OVERALL VALUE IS VERY GOOD.
