My wife and I highly recommend, Systems Pavers. They did a wonderful job installing our beautiful new backyard patio and driveway. The whole process was easy and each step was explained carefully. Both Kyle, our designer, and Troy, our project manager, were professional, easy to reach, patient, and just overall super easy to work with. The install crew was courteous, did an excellent job, and treated our property as if it were their own. We couldn’t be happier with our driveway and patio. We love using both. We look forward to many years of great outdoor living. In fact, we loved our experience and results with System Pavers so much that we are under contract for phase two of our landscaping project with them to install turf and river rock in our back and front yards! I loved the whole experience from beginning to end and now I have a unique patio that’s the envy of my neighbors:). It’s absolutely beautiful and a wonderful addition to my backyard living space. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a company in the home improvement industry. From start to finish System Pavers has exceeded expectations. The walk through was done with us needing to complete the removal of our old deck, Chad kept in touch with us and gave sound advice on what we should do to be ready for the installation. We were told that the work would begin on 10/1/18 and Josh the project manager was out to do another walk through on 9/12/18 and helped talk trough what the process would look like they started work on 9/17/18 and were completed by 9/24/18. Wow!!!! What a beautiful piece of art they have created in my backyard!!!! My family will enjoy this for generations. Josh talked to me daily and was always easy to talk to, he always asked if I had questions. Once the job was completed, he came and showed me how the stair lights and fire pit worked. I have used System Pavers twice at two different houses. My first experience was not very good with the field staff however my concerns were fixed by leadership. After seeing my new neighbor do a project, I chose them to do the one on this property. It was complete quickly and my concerns were taken care of with an alignment around a drain. I am very happy with how this project turned out.

Very Well! These guys are real pros from the conceptualizing the project and determining what the end results should look like to the demo and construction construction. Justin and his crew did what they said they were going to do, in the time the said and the quality was outstanding!!!

System Pavers is the most professional and customer focused company that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We just completed a second project with them. Our first project with them was 5 1/2 years ago and we experienced the same professionalism the second time around as we did the first time we used System Pavers. They're communication is excellent and timely. Our design consultant, Doug, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us create an outdoor environment in our backyard that is very inviting and enjoyable when we had nothing prior. The project manager Zak, kept in touch with us about each step and very responsive to our questions and input. The construction crew along with their supervisor Jose was very efficient and worked extremely hard in some challenging conditions. Jose was nothing short of being an artist and is extremely talented and meticulous with his work. I highly recommend System Pavers for building your outdoor dreamscape.

From beginning to end, my experience with the System Pavers team has been excellent. Aaron, the sales manager, initially contacted me. He was responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained different options that were available for the space I had. My project manager, Josh, was amazing. Throughout the entire process he was extremely professional, well-organized and communicative. I never once felt out of the loop on what was happening with my patio and I feel as though he provided honest and valuable insight on the work being done. The installation crew worked hard and you could tell they were meticulous about the clean-up (which I greatly appreciated). Overall, I’m so incredibly happy with the end product. I can’t wait to enjoy my new patio for years to come.

$20K Project, but we felt like $5K Customers  We chose System Pavers for the quality of the product and quality of the installation - Both were outstanding, although we had to request portions be re-done as they were not done correctly the first time. Each time we made a request for correction, the project manager agreed and had the correction done without hesitation - Having a project manager, we feel these mistakes should have been caught and corrected without us asking to do so. The sales team is the reason for the 2 star review. Our sales team member quoted multiple things that were not done and our overall price never changed. The sales team member incorrectly measured the grade which required an additional step that we were forced to pay for. See below for the details on the issues we encountered. We went to the show room for our scheduled appointment to select colors/stone options only to find that the sales team member would not be able to make it as he was out on another sales call instead. Our sales team member provided no information to the other sales member who tried to help us make selections. We needed help color matching a patio that was already installed along with making sure our selections would be compatible with the stone work on the exterior of our home. We were incredibly uncomfortable making a selection without the sales team member who understood our vision. We were told that we could either make our selection that day, or make another appointment some other day - The show room is only open M-F and we already took time off work for our scheduled appointment. We had a scheduled visit where both the sales team member and the project manager would be present to ensure our design/quote could be completed for the quoted price. We understood that this was necessary so the sales team member could explain his rendering and what we were quoted for so the project manager could successfully execute the design. Once again, our sales team member was unable to make the scheduled time and the project manager was unsure on some aspects of the design. We walked him through all the items we were quoted for and he assured us that it was going to look great. We were given a quote that included some features that we ended up having to fight for, and inevitably pay for at an additional cost to our original quote. We had to pay for a third step because the sales team member didn't properly measure the grade - We were told that the grade would be taken care of by building up the back of the fire pit patio, but the project manager instantly realized that it could not be done that way for safety. This could have been completely avoided if a project manager were sent out immediately after a quote was given, not during day 2 of the work several weeks later, or if the sales team member were present during the earlier appointment he missed! We also were quoted for the completion of a retaining wall and the cost for those materials. Not only were the materials not ordered, but the project manager stated they could not complete another contractor’s work. We argued that the completed retaining wall was part of our quote and was shown on the rendering completed by the sales team. This was product/work that were included on our quote, but we were assured we weren't being charged despite the fact that our quote price never decreased. We also discussed and were assured that the area between the previously installed grass and completed patios would be finished. When we discussed this with the project manager, he explained that they do not do landscaping - Again, this was in our quote and shown on our rendering, yet the work was not done and our price remained unchanged. Lastly, we were quoted for a cover on the propane tank that doubles as an end-table. Again, this item was supposedly not in our quote and we were asked to pay for it. Ultimately, they ordered the cover and told us we would not have to pay for it, but we have yet to receive it and the work was completed over a month ago...

My wife and I just completed an extensive landscaping and patio renovation. We started project by engaging a landscape architect to develop a comprehensive plan for our outdoor space. After taking our plan to several different companies to get estimates and look at different alternatives, we decided to work with System Pavers to extend our existing covered patio, add a large planter box, upgrade our front courtyard area and add pavers to accent our driveway. Their pricing was competitive and they had several suggestions for improving the design that reduced our overall cost without compromising the look and feel that we wanted. Shortly after contacting System Pavers, we met with our sales rep who described the construction process and quality controls in detail and made sure that every question we had was answered. After reviewing the plans and making a few revisions, we were given an estimated start date. At the last minute, we had an unexpected sewer repair that had to be done before starting the project. The System Pavers schedulers worked with us to get our project rescheduled with minimal delay. A couple of days before the crew came out to start construction, we met with our account representative and the System Pavers project manager for a pre-construction walk through to ensure that everyone was on the same page before starting work. This was a critical step and helped to ensure that we had clear communication throughout the project. Once the crew started construction they spent the time necessary to ensure that preparations were thoroughly completed so that finishing work went smoothly. As with any large project, there are always one or two minor issues as construction progresses, but thanks to System Pavers emphasis on effective communications, things were quickly remedied and the situations were resolved with no impact on cost or timeline. During the project we were coordinating landscapers, irrigation contractors, and other vendors. System Pavers collaborated with our other contractors to help ensure that our entire landscaping effort turned out to be a complete success! The team was not only professional and courteous, they were a true pleasure to work with. Our yard is complete and we are thrilled with the results thanks to System Pavers and their outstanding staff.

System Pavers rescued us from a bad situation with a contractor who started a patio construction for us but never finished. We came into this project with fear and trepidation because we had a bad experience with another patio build that didn't go well. The bid was inexpensive, but we learned a hard lesson that "you get what you pay for". The job took 9 months and the quality was so terrible that it was necessary to tear it out and rebuild our patio from scratch. THAT IS WHY WE HIRED SYSTEM PAVERS - to redo a poorly built patio and give us the quality that we wanted. They had done another job for us several years ago, and so we were familiar with their integrity and their commitment to quality. From now on, we will call them first.Our experience with System Pavers has been superior from start to finish. Justin Hugill from System Pavers, was great in our initial contact. He was quick to catch on to our vision for the finished project and was very helpful in mapping out the design. The crew from Dos Lunas were not just construction guys, but actual hardscape craftsmen. They are experts in their field and are meticulous about doing their job right. Every day the work went on as planned - they were never late or absent and displayed an unusual work ethic in every aspect of the job. Justin was always available to answer questions or resolve issues. The whole project was finished within a week of the beginning and we are now enjoying a beautiful, high-end outdoor living space that makes the most of our mountain home. So, SO glad that we hired System Pavers! This is a patio to enjoy and be proud of! What a difference!

They were finished in 2 days which included taking down an old dog pen, removing a raised flower bed, prepping the yard and installing the turf. I’m pleased with the results and can really enjoy my back yard.

System Pavers is the most professional company I have ever hired. They communicated clearly and ahead of time. The designer of my patios Cory seemed to read my mind about what I wanted but could not visualize. He created a resort and spa atmosphere in my backyard at a price I could afford. The project manager Troy kept in touch with me about each step and incorporated my input. The crew with their supervisor Jose was on time and worked in 95+ degree heat to complete 2 beautiful patios with a walkway. They worked faster than I thought possible and cleaned up every bit. I recommend this company with no reservations.

Just recently completed a new System Pavers project on our lower deck and it looks amazing. Met with the designer Doug, who walked us through multiple options until we were satisfied with the best combination of stone. Doug then brought over samples of the various pavers and we placed them in the area and made sure this is what we wanted. The project was then handed over to Corey, Alfredo and their crew and before you knew it, we had a brand new lower deck. Corey even went to a special site to hand pick the slate for our steps. We're using this area for entertaining now; whereas, before it was forgotten space. Thanks to the entire System Pavers team for a great experience!

We finally reached a point where we could spend money on our terrible back yard. I saw System Pavers at a recent home and garden show, saw the artificial turf and knew that’s what I wanted. We scheduled a consultant to come over, and David did a great job in helping with a design mix of pavers and turf for us. When the work started, the workers were very good at installing, and were able to knock the whole thing out in a little over a week. Our project manager Travis did a great job with the crew. My wife and I were very happy with the quality of work and will recommend System Pavers to our family and friends.

It went very well. The professional people were very easy to work with. The crew came in a timely manner, They were busy workers with them always finding a task to be done. Other than all the roots they encountered, which they dealt with, everything went smoothly and looked amazing. Everyone was very professional. Supervision was in place throughout the installation. I have had favorable comments from the neighbors.

We first spoke with a System Pavers rep at the fall 2017 Denver Home and Garden Show. Shortly afterward they came to the house to review our needs. Because it was late in the year the project started this spring. Andrew was our project manager and kept us informed all along. We made a couple of last minute changes that they executed along with the patio area. The workers were professional and on time each day and left the work area and yard very tidy. Now that the weather is warmer, we are using the patio for lunch and dinner and really enjoying it.

I was very happy with System Pavers. The crew that did our back yard was courteous and professional, on time and didn't leave a huge mess. I would absolutely use them again.

Our project turned out absolutely beautiful! Kyle took our ideas and put together a layout and a plan to make it a reality. Absolutely beautiful results! The crew was quick and clean! They complete removed our old wood deck which was a horrible OSHA hazard to say the least (please don't lean on that rail, watch you don't step on nails that have popped up, this bench isn't sturdy...) Under the deck the found a concrete slab that also had to be removed. Sheesh! who put that there?! Everything was hauled away and replaced with a gorgeous maintenance free paver patio with a sitting bench and gas fire pit. Our friends keep asking when the patio party will be! We're looking forward to spending more time outside with this new addition to our yard!
