System Pavers

The work was done while we were out of town but Nate and Tyler kept us apprised of progress with texts and photos. They also kept our neighbors informed of what they were doing since we were gone. That was really appreciated. We are very pleased with the finished product. It makes our patio more attractive and more functional.

If I had written this review when we first had our back patio installed, it would have been a great review. But now, a few years later, it's desperately in need of repair (and still under warranty), and they keep promising to come out to fix it, and then don't show up. We've been trying for a couple of MONTHS to get them to come out and fix it, but so far, the runaround is all we've gotten. They're now giving excuses-- "oh, the front office took my crews, I'm really mad about it too, I want to help you but I cant, blah blah blah." It's all ********. They say now that they'll be out to repair it in a couple of weeks, but I'm not holding my breath. All of that said, IF they actually come through and fix our patio, I will revise this review. If not, well, all I can say is you'll regret it in the long run if you go with these guys.

Beyond expectations We absolutely love it

Excellent service from sales, project manager, install crew and follow up.

The project manager walked the site with the representative and us prior to the installation and arranged for modifications to the sprinkler system and lawn installed by the builder. Crew was on time and finished early. It looks great.

Huge endorsement for this company. Love the product, love our beautiful porch and love the hard workers. Troy was a great project manager. He communicated clearly and made every effort to accommodate any questions I had. We made several changes throughout the planning process, up until the day the project started, and he was courteous, kind and flexible. After meeting with several different landscapers regarding our patio ideas, I am so glad we went with System Pavers. Worth the extra cost. It looks EXTRA AWESOME.

I now have a beautiful 12' x23' paver patio and then a 3 step-down curved staircase to a 15' x 30' paver surface. I love my new upper and lower paver patios. My 9 year old grandson calls it the "Grand Courtyard". The designer, project manager, and crew were wonderful to work with - they addressed my concerns and worries, and I had complete confidence in their answers and solutions.

Great, I love it! My sales rep was very involved throughout the process. The crew arrived right on time and they finished this jib in a day and a half. Posting before & after photos.

System Pavers from start to finish was a very professional and enjoyable experience. I received updates daily from Tyler who oversaw the project that Nate designed for us. We are extremely happy with our new patio and can't wait for our next project with System Pavers. Next will be our outdoor kitchen. Both Nate and Tyler were a joy to work with and I hope they will be on our next project.

Excellent! We are extremely happy with the finished paver areas, along with the professional working relationship we experienced with the System Paver team.

The cost was outrageous for the work also. It was way up there. It was more so the home warranty thing but I would not have gone with them. It's kind of a combo.

There were a few set backs, mainly weather, but this job was handled professionally and promptly.

Great work; turned out beautifully. More expensive than originally expected; some surprise cost overruns. However, project was managed professionally and quickly.

We just moved from a home with a huge backyard that accommodated our large family gatherings to a home with a small backyard. We wanted a paver patio, but were concerned about having enough space to seat everyone. Chad designed a patio with a sitting wall, which provided us with a patio scaled correctly for the small yard, but with plenty of seating. Troy and his crew were efficient, very neat, and polite. The paver crew did an phenomenal job with the precision cuts in the circle inlay, and the patio and wall look great. The crew also did an excellent job of leaving the area clean when they were done. We are looking forward to many family gatherings on our new patio!

Very satisfied with the product and the work. Andrew (Lead Workman) was great. He called me every evening and gave me an update on what was done and where the project was at. I would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the team I worked with from System Pavers. David the design consultant was very knowledgeable and helped me determine what would best fit my budget. Tyler the project manager was great, he kept in constant contact during my project to make sure I knew what was going on and the progress the team was making. Both David and Tyler were very professional. My finished patio and turf looks great and my new puppy approves too :)

The crew worked so hard and did such a great job installing and cleaning up when done. It was a pleasure doing business with them - I highly recommend System Pavers and have already done so to a couple of my neighbors.

I was very impressed from start to finish. Met with my Designer Josh and he spent almost 3 hours with me just discussing what I wanted for my backyard. He worked with me on pricing because he knew I was a on a budget. He walked me through all my choices and really went above and beyond with explaining everything (I had a lot of questions). The longest wait was for my HOA to approve, which Josh completed all the paperwork for me, all I had to do is submit. The Project Manager Andrew, did a fabulous job of communicating with me and updating me daily. The crew were such hard workers and did an amazing job. Once they started the job they stayed until completion, no being juggled with other projects. You will pay a little more but the quality of product and the workmanship is worth it, plus you get a 25 year warranty. I wasn't able to find any companies providing a warranty for longer than 1 year. As soon as I save up for the front yard, they will be my ONLY call!! Thank you

We love our System Pavers patio. We toured the Design Center and got great ideas. The communication with all involved was excellent! Everyone on the crew from Josh, our designer to Andy, our supervisor to the guys installing it, were very professional! It was done quickly! We were kept informed every step of the way! It makes the backyard very usable! I would recommend getting the sealer put on the pavers. Ask about it. It really brings out the colors in the pavers so that they look beautiful and more vibrant.They can book up quickly but ours was installed in January, only a few weeks after our initial consultation. We first saw their work at the Fall Home Show in Denver. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a beautiful usable backyard!

From start to finish our experience with System Pavers was fantastic. We met with Kyle who helped us design our backyard project (firepit, seating wall, pavers on edge) and he was extremely enthusiastic about our vision and the look we were trying to accomplish in your backyard. Our project manager was Troy who always kept us updated on how the project was moving forward and even made sure he was 100% satisfied with the finished project before we completed our final walk through. The workmanship is high quality and we know we'll be enjoying our backyard space for many years to come. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and would use them again in the future should we have any additional projects.

From the salesman, (Josh D.) to the project manager, Tyler, to the crew, Jose and Ramon, we couldn't be more pleased with how our patio turned out. Everyone was very professional and we are very happy with the end results. In addition our neighbors have all given us many, many compliments on how it turned out.

I would hire System Pavers all over again. The quality of the work they did is exceptional. The crew worked around snow and rain over the Thanksgiving holiday to get my patio and walkway in. It looks great. I can't wait to entertain this season.
