Fantastic all the way around! Great communication, punctual, dependable, fair price, outstanding work. Professional work and service. I had many loose bricks on the exterior of my house. Tom came by to assess and evaluate, quoted a fair price and competed the work efficiently and effectively.

Quick, responsive and super-personable. Had Tom stop by to fix a bunch of neglected brick/mortar issues. Beautiful job. Already sent his info over to my in-laws for similar work.

He kept us totally informed as to the schedule and progress throughout the entire project. The work area was completely cleaned upon completion of the job. The pricing was reasonable & fair. 5 star service - We can’t recommend Tom enough. Tom is the first contractor we’ve had in 3 years of renovations on our house who’s been a true professional. He takes pride in his work and is extremely communicative. It had been feeling like all contractors want to do the least possible to get the job done and collect their check. We’ve often had contractors come in to do work and say things like ‘you won’t notice it after a while’ when we’ve complained about things not being done neatly, things not lining up, straight lines/corners etc… He also always showed up on time and he kept us informed, taking pictures and explaining issues to help us make decisions. Our brick wall facade was leaning badly. He took the brick off, cleaned them and reattached properly – it appears the previous person while having put in the mechanics for reinforcements to hold the façade to the house, had actually not attached them. He found brick replacements for those that could not be saved and put them in with the rest in a such a way I’m not sure which ones are the ones. It was such a job well done. Also, any time he left anything on the site at the end of the day, he checked first to make sure it was OK and always cleaned up debris laying around when he was done for the day. We can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic from the first call and getting an estimate to having the work complete. I needed to get the brick in front of my fire place repaired before tearing out the carpet and putting in new flooring (so ignore the ugly stains on the carpet in the pics). Tom was here on time every time, was friendly and professional and did a beautiful job. He chipped out the old mortar, cleaned the bricks and re-laid them. He even cleaned out my fireplace. I would definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone.
