Wade scheduled with us to do the work in mid April. We received regular communication from Wade regarding his status and expectation of availability to do our job. He came on schedule and completed the work as planned. The installation went smoothly and looks good. Wade is professional in every way and a very pleasant person to boot. I plan to ask him back for more projects and happily recommend him without reservation.

Wade is fantastic! On his visit he did several jobs we'd had looming over us, and didn't even flinch when assessing the broken banister support that other handymen had shaken their heads at and left. He offered multiple solutions, and helped us choose approach based on what was most important to us. His quality of work is excellent, he's efficient and tidy, and an absolute joy to have in our house. My husband and I both so enjoyed chatting with him! His prices are very fair, even lower than what we've paid to some other folks in the past who did much lower quality work. I'd give Wade more stars if I could, and highly recommend him to anyone who needs handyman services. Excellent workmanship, well priced, prompt, efficient, professional, and a truly nice guy.

Fixed broken bannister support, installed new mailbox, installed curtain hold-backs, installed new towel rack, and other odd jobs

The work went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. We did play phone tag for a day or two but then finally coordinated on a date. He came once to look things over and got back me within a couple of days with an estimate. He arrived promptly on the scheduled day and worked steadily throughout the day. We kept adding to his list...he ended up being there 10 hours! I felt as if we were charged fairly, he was very easy to have in the house all day and the work was done very well. I highly recommend Wade and will use him again.

Wade replaced trim around doors that had been destroyed by our storm frenzied dog. ?He also installed an electrical outlet, put in two thresholds that were needed and other little items hard for us to do.

Wade is a personable and responsible handyman. He arrived on time for a free estimate and for the actual work to be done. I am very pleased with the results of his work and plan to use him again for other projects in the near future.

I always use Wade for all my home repair needs. I have been using his services regularly for almost 2 years. He is extremely professional, punctual, reliable and a problem-solver. His abilities far exceed any other handyman I've ever used, mainly because his experience goes far beyond typical handy man stuff. Wade has extensive general contractor experience along with electrical and plumbing skills, which puts him in a whole different category. However, you wouldn't know it from his prices! His rates are super reasonable and often a lot less expensive than his competition. He is solutions-oriented and can figure out how to resolve any house problem you have. Because he is so skilled, he is efficient in his work and gets things done fast! Best guy in Denver for the value!!!!!

I called him and left messages for him to return my call at least 7 times over the course of 3 months. He never called me, and so finally I gave up. I can't comment on his abilities, prices, etc., but if they are anything like his responsiveness, don't even bother to call him!

Wade has completed a few jobs for us, and he is always punctual, professional, and really knowledgeable about everything from insulation to electrical to drywall (and much more). He is always very realistic about time needed to complete the job, and his work is excellent. He is also super personable and a pleasure to have around. We look forward to having him help us out with future projects, as we trust his judgement and ability to execute high-quality work in our home. Highly recommend!

Totally professional job from quote to cleanup. Arrived on time as promised, agreed to do the rooms in a particular sequence so as to work around our weekend laundry schedule (he started Saturday afternoon and finished late Sunday afternoon), and accommodated our request for some additional trim on a room divider. We have two cats, so Wade was careful not to leave doors open as he went back and forth between the parts of the house he was working on and the cutting / prep area in the garage. The quality of the work was impeccable. All the corners fit perfectly and he was even able to make up for some of the house's construction flaws, such as an uneven floor. Upon completion, the area was cleaned up so well you'd never know someone had spent two full days sawing wood. We would definitely hire Wade again!

Wade is great to work with; reasonable rates, flexible scheduling, great work - competent and has all the tools + ladders I'll never own (being the condo-owner that I am). He dealt with surprises well; for example, we had some ugly work on the bathroom ceiling fans - I wanted quieter units and it wasn't a simple drop the old and screw in the new; they needed some connecting duct work and resizing to positing the larger fans suitably. I was pleasantly surprised how well the finish and patch work turned out. Let me close by saying Wade does a good job of explaining tradeoffs in time (and cost) from "fair" to "perfection", and helped us choose a level of work that would fit our budget. tl;dr: I am very happy.

Wade did reasonably priced, quality work on our place. He spent a great deal of time there and was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. He also gave us sound advice and tips on our DIY projects. We found Wade on Angies List and his bid for the work we needed was well under the other two handyman estimates we received. We could not be more pleased with the results. We have other renovations we will be doing later in the Spring and we will be calling on Wade to do the work. We highly recommend him.

The light fixture was removed and replaced with another quickly and efficiently. Wade called beforehand to make sure the appointment was still scheduled as planned and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He is very professional and most pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use him again and recommend him VERY highly!

Wade was very professional and friendly. He worked around our schedules to complete the job. He did great work!

He installed a dishwasher (where there hadn't been one before); installed a new front door (in the existing frame); finished a complicated tile job; hand crafted a custom threshold for a doorway (odd side, house built in 1923); Changed out non-working plugs and outlets and painted most of the interior of the house. He was amazing!! He seemed to be able to do anything we needed.

It went great. Wade helped me decide on the doors. He has a good eye for style/ design. We discussed hardware and paint. The doors are In and look super good! I have been waiting to get new doors in for quite some time and am so happy this project is done.
