 + -1 moreThis was a project my husband and I had been talking about doing for 8 years! Initially we brought in an architect, who came up with fabulous plans based on our ideas, the implementation of which was going to be twice our budget!!! We were impressed by what Remodeling by Rinato had done to a similar house and started talking to them. We took the approach of telling them what our budget was and asked what they could do for that? Their designers came up with great plans, and had ideas that we had not thought of. The work started on time, ended on time and we STAYED WITHIN OUR BUDGET (it can be done with the right contractor!). Everyone at the company was a pleasure to deal with, someone was always available and promptly addressed any issues that arose. The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent, and we have a one-year's guarantee on all their work should anything go wrong. It really was a great experience and the house looks amazing! I would urge anyone considering remodeling to at least speak to these guys.
Description of Work: Full remodel of a 1949 ranch-style house, including pop-top over the garage to provide master suite. The house was taken back to the studs, walls were removed, walls were added, the roof was raised and the roof line completely changed - every room was touched. They also provided a full design service and drew up plans based on our budget before work began. We were under a very tight budget and during the work they offered great advice as to where to find bargains, and a personal design and shopping service to help with our design choices.
