Lou is professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He had our door fixed in good time and even gave us some advice for future maintenance. I did not give a 5 for value as I don't have a sense of overall garage door repair costs in our area.

Except for wanting to start at the crack of dawn, the representative was all the adjectives: knowledgeable, friendly, etc. I am disappointed the rep did not put a business card or other advert. by the opener so I would know who to call if things ever went to pot.

I had tried to troubleshoot my garage door problem on my own and missed something so simple. John was so awesome about it and since he was out fixing something easy, he tuned up the doors and made the service visit very worthwhile. He was a super nice guy and very professional. I would gladly hire them again.
