They dropped my service because of issues with their sprinkler technician, Vien, who was completely unreliable. He kept extending the visits, which—any customer knows—wastes time, increases costs, and causes unnecessary inconvenience. While I initially refused to pay for incomplete work, I opted to pay for what was done to close the matter. To finally resolve the sprinkler issue, I hired a more reliable company, which completed the job in a single visit, unlike Vien’s drawn-out process that required five visits with no clear resolution. As a customer, I understand delays if expectations are set correctly, but Vien never provided a clear timeline, nor did he indicate how much time was allocated for each visit. His refusal to give a firm follow-up date was frustrating. The new company completed the work next day and within a few hours, allowing for a proper walk-through with the homeowner—something Vien seemed reluctant to do. While I came to appreciate the mowing crew for their professionalism and responsiveness, it’s disappointing that, despite initial assurances that mowing and sprinkler services were separate, they retaliated by canceling my service. This confirms my advice to customers: do not rely on one company for multiple services. If one service fails, they may retaliate by dropping everything, which is exactly what happened today—even after I informed them I would still pay Vien, despite what seemed like an overpriced and unquoted amount at the outset. Avoid putting yourself in a position where your service can be canceled because one "arm" of the business under-delivered. I expected this behavior, and while I find it petty, perhaps it is for the best. I do not want Vien back on my property, and having his relatives provide service would be awkward. In the end, Vien is getting paid despite walking off mid-job and failing to update the client—$200 seems excessive for incomplete work, but I am moving on. Do your due diligence. DO NOT PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET, COZ THIS COMPANY WILL RETALIATE WHEN ONE ARM OF THEIR BUSINESS DOES NOT WORK.

Mr. Nguyen has been doing our yard for years. Is always on-time, does a great job and makes our yard look great. For Fall cleanup he will wait until all the leave have fallen and come through and do a cleanup that leave your yard spotless! You cannot find a better service.

Front lawn went from embarrassing to spectacular.

I set up and appointment with him for a Monday lawn aeration and he never showed up. Called him Tuesday and he said he lost my info. Re scheduled for Thursday. He never showed again and did not call. I called him on Friday and canceled any further work with him. He wasted an entire week I could have had a good company do the work.

We had send him an email message with a general outline of our project. It was a sunday, and to our surprise, he was at our front door within a few hours after sending it. We discussed our project and he took numerous photos. He said that the project was interesting,and that he would get back to us within a few days. After a week had passed I send him another email inquiring when we would hear back from him, we never did. We are now working with another company. His lack of a respone was unprofessional.

With the holiday season, the leaves and branches were becoming more and more of stress point for our family as weekends filled up with preparing for said holidays. We found Vo online and contacted him for services. He came by, gave us and quote. He didn't clean right away, as we requested, suggesting that perhaps we wait until ALL the leaves had fallen. Which I thought was really decent. He then came back at our request to have the leaves be cleared before the next snowfall. He called with a date, showed up, cleaned and cleared as expected. It was such a treat to come home to a clean, stress-free, back-pain-free yard devoid of leaves of branches and leaves. I would highly recommend Vo.

I give him As all the way across for the work. It has been a very good experience. We will continue to use him in the future.

They are affordable and cheap. They show up on time and work hard. They do a good job. The only thing I think they can improve on is to expand their services. They are very responsive in terms of contacting them. The usually pick up the phone right away and if they don't answer they get back to right away and usually it's the same day.
