I wasn't present for the move, but my mother was very pleased with the service provided. The two gentlemen who moved her were very polite and kind to her and even purchased a drink for her. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. I gave a B on the price, because I found cheaper services, but in all fairness, their price is very reasonable and comparable to other companies, but I imagine their service is far above, well worth the extra $10 per hour.

This was the best moving experience we've had out of 4 moves in the last several years. Randy and indeed all of the managers/staff are responsive, professional, and friendly. The 4-man crew led by Nick was excellent: careful yet quick and courteous. They arrived on time and had great communication with us throughout the job. They completed the whole job (pack and move) under the estimated time and cost (the estimate was in the middle of the average of the 5 estimates I got). I would not hesitate to use Movemasters again!

I did the packing and they took the things loaded them in the truck and unloaded them. They took apart my kids beds and set them up again when they unloaded. They did anything and everything I wanted. It was an hourly rate I paid and seemed very fair. It took them 4 hours to move the things and it was from the 4th floor down and they worked very fast and efficiently. I went out and bought them lunch and they said they would wait and I told them that I would pay for their time. They worked great and were very conscientious. I would not think twice about hiring them again.

I submitted the report preceding this one, with the "D" grade. Subsequent to that report, the owner Randy contacted me via email with what seemed like a heartfelt apology for the way things went. In thinking it over, and with his explanation, I don't know how he could have done things any differently. Basically the other customer had to change their moving dates, so Movemasters felt that they had to accommodate them. Still not a nice thing to do to us, for sure, but he was in a pickle. He offered us free moving supplies, which were in no way tied to this updated report. Good company, to do that.

Movemasters made my move easy and smooth.

They did an on-site visit to provide the estimate. There were available to do the work on one of the days that worked for us. They showed up with 2 guys and a large truck. They provided packing materials for the kitchen (that they packed with) and also "rented" us Wardrobe Boxes for $3 each. The Wardrobe boxes had to be returned to them upon delivery at the new address, but were a great value and made moving the closet a snap! Our move date was in the middle of a snow storm, but they moved us without a hitch. The packing and move took a little longer than originally quoted due to the snow storm and I was charged a bit more than anticipated. But the owner of the company called me without my asking him to the next day and refunded me the vast majority of the overage. The services and quality were great. They were quick and careful and nothing was damaged or broken. Walls and doorway dammage was avoided. They also carried things downstairs upon delivery for us.

Movemasters arrived at my house on time. They quickly and professionally moved my entire household possessions and those in a storage facility without one ding or any damage. They were truly amazing and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The movers showed up right on time. They were very quick and professional. All of my items were well packed by them and came through the move without a single scratch. I would happily use Move Masters again.

They were excellent. We had several valuable pieces of art and an old piano, and they handled everything with wonderful care. I would rate them highly - their price can be better though. If I needed to move again, I would use them in a heartbeat.

Crew showed up on time, got right to work, hustled the whole day getting everything done.

The move was the smoothest I've ever had, the best customer service possible, and I've moved over 50 times. Randy obviously knew how to estimate, what special things to include, and just about how many boxes I would need. He was very close. Dan estimated how long it would take to move, and he too was close. The only problem we encountered was that the apartment building we moved into had a policy that the movers couldn't go in the front door of the building, they had to park on the street, carry all the furniture through the underground parking, and then up to the floor. That took extra time and as a result it took an hour longer than anticipated. My husband was three weeks out of a rehabilitation facility, and was quite unsteady and tired much of the day. They moved around him, and only asked him to move when everything else was on the truck. At that point my son took him to brunch and they arrived at the new apartment just when the movers arrived. My husband and son sat out on the balcony while the movers were bringing in the furniture. I asked them if they could set up our bed so my husband could take a nap. They set it up as soon as they got to it, and my husband was able to lie down on the bed. After the furniture was in place and the boxes all delivered, I was writing out the check to Movemasters when I heard my husband fall. He had gotten up to go out to look at the balcony garden and fell backwards. Dan and one of the other movers rushed over to help him up and offered their help. We called 911 and for the next six weeks my husband was in the hospital, but he never recovered and died on September 15th. During that period Dan came by to pick up the boxes twice. I didn't have any room to store boxes and it took me six weeks to get settled because I was mostly at the hospital. Dan came to pick up most of them, and then came back to pick up the rest. The second time he came I was missing a box, and he helped me look for it, including going down into my storage unit, unloading everything to see if by chance it was there. It wasn't. He also went back to their warehouse and queried all the guys that had helped move us. Normally they'll scan the trucks right after a move, which I expected, so I didn't expect results from looking again at the warehouse. Dan sent me a note, along with the refund check for the boxes, saying "I asked all the crew and searched hi and low for your missing box--nothing came up here." They provided "out of the box" service to me, and I will recommend them to everyone I know who's moving locally in the Denver metro area.

My initial phone conversation was positive; they were willing to do the job on a Saturday without extra cost, which was necessary due to my job situation. They called back the day before the move to confirm. The movers showed up a bit early and got right to work. They communicated very well and did everything as asked. Movers were very proficient and effective. There was a short wait time until I could get into the new house so the movers went to lunch and then met me there. They asked questions throughout to be sure things were being put into the right place. They provided additional help as requested and were very friendly.

Everything went great. Each apartment complex required they check in, deal with the apartment's elevator rules, parking rules, etc, which they did with no intervention needed from me at all. Everything was moved quickly, professionally, with no problems, and they were responsive to all my requirements.

Move Masters arrived on time, did the job efficiently and professionally, and came in under their estimate of $1200 (total cost was $1045). We were very pleased with their service.

Excellent. The movers arrived on time and we were happy to see the same guys for the second move. The storage area was just the right size, which means there wasn't room for sloppy packing and the guys did a great job.

They ended up charging less then the estimate. We really appreciated the work they did for us.

Movemasters did two moves for me. One was a small move just a couple of blocks. I appreciated their willingness to waive the fuel charge because there was so little driving involved. They did a second move for me which was much bigger. They were prompt, careful and very willing to move furniture around once they arrived at my house. Would definitely recommend them!

They're terrific. I told them I didn't need my clothes moved, and they brought three wardrobes just in case, and I definitely needed them. They gave me a 5 hour quote, and if they're running ahead of schedule, they'll help you with anything else you need. They always got back to me right away.

WHAT FUN GUYS! THEY ARRIVED ALMOST 30 MINUTES EARLY AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK - VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING. ACTUALLY STAYED AFTER TRUCK WAS UNLOADED AND HELPED MOVE THINGS TO THE RIGHT ROOMS!
