Crew arrived on time and were very professional. The unloading into the storage area could have been more systematic and made a better use of the space.

From the day that I called Move Masters to inquire about their services I was happy. Everyone was so polite and professional . Dan explained the process, and Move Masters patiently waited for me to make up my mind as to which company I wanted to hire to move our stuff. The day that the crew came to wrap up all the suff I hadn't gotten to they were just as helpful and polite. In fact, one of the guys probaly saved my house from burning down as he detected my dryer giving off a burning odor and shut it off for me. Well, it was a very old dryer and I had thought I'd wait a while to get a new one. Alas, that settled it. So instead of moving it and the washer to the new location the guys took the appliances out and off to ...wherever dead appliances go. Thank you! Two days later the actual moving crew appeared (on time) and handled some very large armoires down and up some very tight spaces with no ill effects to their finishes. A major problem was solved by taking the kingsize canopy bed out of a very small bedroom window when it would not fit down a tight staircase. My husband's three piece gigantic book case was deftly removed through a window. Our black lacqured piano was carefully padded and moved through the door. Once loaded , the crew also made a stop to let off some furniture at my furniture refinisher and they were still smiling! Up to Westminster then, and after lunch (yes, this was all accomplished before lunch) and on schedule, they arrived to empty the contents of the truck at our new location. Quickly they put everything where I wanted it , the sweethearts. There was only one malfunction, After moving the piano up 3 steps into the house and then down 15 steps to the lower level ( bravo, gentlemen) a rub mark appeared from the straps. But not to worry, two days later the repair person showed up with a magical trick to make that mark go away. Did I say that the whole process was stupendous? The people were stupendous, and husband and I were completely happy with the services of MOVE MASTERS to say the least. We heartily recommend MOVE MASTERS to all Angie's list folks and others too! We called for an estimate and a manager came to the house to ensure that we had enough men and trucks to do the job. The crew came on the day of the move, took all the things to the trucks, wrapped anything that needed to be wrapped and unloaded it well.

Contacted the company for an estimate--they were responsive and prompt. The price was reasonable. The 2 young men who did the move were polite, on time, professional and personable. Nothing was damaged. They were very careful with our things, and good at assembling furniture.

MoveMasters moved us into our new home, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The crew was professional, hard working, and pleasant all day long. They stuck to their original price quote despite going over in actual man hours. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone looking to move.

My experience with this company could not have been better. The movers were on time, fast and professional. The final bill was actaually less than the original bid. From the original call to all the workers, I was very happy with everyone. I highly recommend.

The two guys, Brandon and Charles, were friendly, energetic and professional ALL DAY. They communicated well with us all day long, including letting us know within the first half hour that they might need some additional help to get the move done, but that we would not be charged for anything above our estimate. Indeed they did end up bringing in two additional guys, but stuck to their commitment and did not charge us more. The other two guys were excellent in attitude and efficiency as well. We even asked them to do an extra thing and swap out a washer/dryer unit for us at the new house - they did so gladly. I have been through moves with slow guys, poor attitudes, poor communication, and ever-growing prices - this was not AT ALL our experience with MoveMasters, and we would use them again in a heartbeat! The company did an incredible job moving our stuff. There were very professional, quick and careful. They also helped move some stuff that was staying behind. Watching them work so hard, we were so happy with our decision.

MoveMasters was fantastic, from Randy and Tim on the front end giving the estimate and scheduling the job to Charles and his crew who did the actual moving. I contacted three different moving companies, all highly rated on Angie's List, for estimates for my move. MoveMasters was right in the middle on price, but I chose them after discussing the move with Tim and learning that they really knew what they were doing. The five man moving crew did a great job loading everything at the old home and unloading it at the new home efficiently and with no damage to either property or furniture. The guys were clean cut, polite, and seemed to enjoy their work. The final bill was less than the estimate Tim gave me (partly because I had moved some small boxes myself prior to the big move). You hear horror stories all the time from people who hired the wrong mover - you won't have that experience with MoveMasters. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local mover.

The movers were prompt, communicative, professional and courteous. Every step of the way they made sure they were doing what I needed to have done. It took a bit longer than they expected. No one complained. The bill was exactly what I was quoted.

I found MoveMasters on Angie's List after contacting a number of moving companies. I was happy to join Angie's List and see that the other two companies I was considering had serious issues reported. One of the companies had almost 40 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. When I called to get a quote I spoke with Tim, who indicated that ONE BBB complaint is too many and that they do what's necessary to make their customers happy. The owner, Randy, personally came out and provided a quote. He also gave us a sheet of tips on how to make the move smooth and easy and how to save money by being organized. We ordered boxes, packing paper and packing tape and they delivered them right into my garage. The price of the boxes was really inexpensive and having them delivered for free was a great bonus. On the day of the move they were right on time. They were friendly, clean cut and ready to get to work right away. You would never, ever know that these guys are paid by the hour! It was unbelievable how fast these guys worked. When loading the truck they were incredibly fast and efficient. They were friendly and CRAZY FAST! They took a 15 minute break to get something to drink on the way to our new house, which they didn't even charge us for later. At the new house it was amazing to watch these guys work. I have never seen anything like it! They brought everything into the new house safely and quickly. They took care with corners and our hardwood floors. Once their hands were empty, they were literally running back to the truck to grab more stuff. We bought them pizza and they took only a 10 minute break to eat and then they were right back at it. I've never seen this kind of hustle before. One minor thing got broken - one of those put-it-together-yourself tables and they gave us a $50 credit on the final invoice without even being asked. Once everything was in the house they asked us to look around and determine if anything within the house needed to be relocated, shifted or moved to another room. Not only were these guys super nice and very fast, they came in well below the quote. We were quoted 8 1/2 hours and they completed the job in 4 1/2 hours. This translated to a significant savings for us. I would 100% recommend MoveMasters. Hire them! You won't be disappointed!

Fantasic job! I mention Angie's list when I call and they recognize this, while always welcoming my business. I appreciate their professionalism and excellent care with my things. The especially nice experience with them is how during the move, it's as if nothing is a really BIG deal. The guys are always easy going and work really well together. I always feel like my stuff is in really good hands..... a very trustworthy moving company, most certainly!

The estimator was prompt and the estimate was spot on. The movers showed up on time and despite the challenges of moving furniture down four flights of stairs, the guys were cheerful and wouldn't let me lift a finger. They went out of their way to do things efficiently in order to save me time and money, even when they dropped off items at Goodwill. There was absolutely no damage to my furniture or household items, nor to my floors and walls. I would highly recommend them.

The first move went very well. They were expedient and professional. All items arrived in the same condition that they left our previous home. The second move did not go as well due to the rainstorm that began about half way through the move. The two movers called for backup on the heavier items and they worked hard to minimumize the damage to the lawn and keep the house clean.

Do yourself a favor and choose Movemasters to move your household. 1) A large amount of boxes was dropped off at my home when I requested them...to begin the move. 2)Getting more boxes was easy because of Movemasters central location to me. 3) On the day of the move Movemasters was at my home at 8am as promissed with five professional movers that worked as a close team. 4) They had all my possessions on their four large trucks by noon. 5) When we got to my new home all I had to do was stand at the front door and direct them where to place my possessions. 6) They were all gone by about 5pm. 7) One of the men came back around 8pm that night to drop off a wheel that was in his pocket and went to an outdoor table...imagine that...going so out of his way. I paid their estimated price and a little more for the extra boxes that I needed. NOTHING WAS BROKEN NOTHING WAS LOST MOVEMASTERS FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

I own a small business (12 employees) in downtown Denver. We moved our business from one high-rise office building to another. MoveMasters received and stored some new furniture (including a massive granite conference room table and Herman Miller chairs) and performed the move to the new location. The owner had to coordinate the move with both buildings and my office manager. The moving guys were all respectful, professional and courteous ? and showed up on time. We had art and computers that had to be moved ? everything made it without any issues. My office manager got quotes from other companies and MoveMasters was competitive. I would use them again.

I had some issues with this company. For example, I needed them to pack my belongings, but the workers arrived without the proper materials. Therefore, they had to leave and come back with everything needed. I think this miscommunication may have possibly created irritation on their part. The workers who actually moved me were abrupt, rushed, and broke some of my furniture. To be fair, the owner made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction, and I think his integrity is impeccable. He is a very empathetic, understanding person. I would use this company again because the owner is extremely helpful, and had a great attitude. I really appreciate all of his effort.

Simply Awesome!!!! Look No Further... What can I say about this fantastic organization... I did extensive research as this was my 2nd major move and the nightmare stories abound, but this is the plain and honest truth... Move Masters were professional, incredibly honest, polite, and completely expert at what they do. Tim, the Manager, put me well at ease with our first conversation and Dan came over to survey the job. They were the absolute only movers, out of 6 contacted, that physically came to see the size of the job. They NEVER tried to nickle and dime me and the guys that came to do the work were some of the best I have ever seen (and I worked for a touring production company for 5 years). These guys were so good and professional that I asked them to take a break and bought them lunch. Even then I offered whatever they wanted and they kept it simple. The kicker is that the job took much longer than anticipated and they never charged me a cent over the estimate. They even threw in some extras that helped out during a very stressful time. Do yourself a big favor and look no further because Move Masters quickly put an end to all horror stories and deliver a satisfying experience at a time when all h*** is breaking loose. I am an extremely discriminating customer and I can easily give Move Masters my absolute highest recommendation. "Thank you again Move Masters"...

When I decided to use professional movers to pack and move me across town, I set out to get quotes. Movemasters were not only the most affordable, but also the most professional and friendly. The choice to use them was easy to make and one I don't regret. They showed up on time and backed my belongings with care--carefully labeling each box to know exactly what was inside. As they delivered things to the new place they put each box in the room where it belonged--all kitchen things in the kitchen, bathroom in bathroom, laundry room in laundry room, etc. They made unpacking a breeze. At the end of it all they came and picked up all the boxes so they could be re-used and recycled. Moving has never been so easy.

They were great. We ended up using them longer than they quoted, but the service was great. They were fast, efficient, and professional.

Well, my husband had originally set up a move with "All My Sons Moving" which he saw in the phone book, along with thier huge two page ad. I looked them up later on Angie's List and got the hint that maybe they weren't all that great - then I looked at their BBB record and found over 30 complaints against them! I then saw on Angie's List the good record & comments about MOVEMASTERS - and called to get some info. Randy was so helpful, calm and courteous...... quite professional too. I simply got a great vibe from the phone call and booked the move. It is always a little nerve-racking to seek out a new moving company and I thought if he is so nice then his employees probably are as well. I opted for three guys to do it and that really worked out wonderfully as they worked like a "Dream Team" together. Arrived on time, got to work immediately, extremely organized teamwork, efficent, professional, very polite......... and treated each piece of 'everything' with amazing care. I am 47 years old and have had a good number of moves in my time, in CA and CO. I truly have to say - and my husband agrees - this is THE best moving company EVER. On top of being so careful and courteous, the team seemed to 'fly' in time to get things done pretty fast. I have not experienced that before - as sometimes others have randomly disappeared in the truck every 15-20 min...... while they are on the customers clock of hourly pay. Anyway, these guys were not like that at all and as a matter of fact, I do not know how they did not take any breaks really. There was always one of them doing something to get on with the project. They moved heavy furniture like an orchestrated, smooth ballet troop - making turns easily and quite stress-free for me. They handled our treasured items with such care and I would use them of course anytime..... and recommend them highly!!!!! Also as just a side note........ along with being so polite, the guys were actually 'cheerful' and SO upbeat about what they were doing...... and didn't act like anything was a hassle or a huge strain. With a move which has never happened so fast before, we were elated to pay them the $600 for not only their superior efficiency but for their superb care of our things. MOVEMASTERS rocks!!! Thank you to them for everything, especially the help to make a usually nervous event so absolutely near stress-free. EXCELLENT in every way! ********** Also - just a piece of info: when you mention "Angie's List"...... they give 5% off the bill. We allocated some cash for a tip for each guy and added to it when they saved us so much time/stress. They deserved every dollar - truly.

had the crew out to move everything for us, got it all in one trip with a 3 man crew. Estimate was pretty spot on, the crew was top notch, they really worked hard for us, all 3 of them were super. Now the bump in the road, we have brand new bedroom furniture and we noticed the side tables had some light scratches after we put the lamps on them at the new house. I know they had one or 2 light scratches before, but now the entire top had them. Called them and they came out with a wood guy and got them to look just fine, I appreciated that, but on the way out he mentioned he didn't believe they did them, that left a bit of a bad taste.

MOVEMASTERS ROCKI!!!! On Friday, August 20, Brandon & Nick arrived at my Thornton apartment on time [8:30 am] and in 5 hours, I was in my new apartment in Wheat Ridge. This was the BEST move ever. The crew was helpful and courteous. Every piece of furniture was placed where I wanted it and every box in the room that it was marked for. The antiques were handled in a very professional manner. From the 1st call to Tim in the office, to Dan the estimator to the truck crew [Brandon & Nick] this was a pleasant experience. The only bad spot in the day was Nick lost his wallet, I hope he found it. Thank you Brandon & Nick & Movemasters

They even helped me by moving the piano from the porch at my old house to the livingroom which will help for staging purposes and at the new house they went out of their way to help me by moving a new tv curio cabinet and dining room table, that I had picked up from American Furniture in my truck but were too heavy load. The guys were great. I will definitely be calling them when it comes time to do the last of the move after my now "old" house sells.
