J.P. Painting & Restoration owners (Candace and Gio) were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Their crew was courteous and well-skilled completing the job on time. They also repaired the pergola and made it even stronger and better. I plan to hire them again for the right job.

Our home needed most of the wood-based trim to be replaced, and both the home and the standalone 4 car garage needed paint. Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. We love the results, and no longer need to worry about exterior water damage.

Our home needed wood trim repair and painting. I received a JP Painting and Restoration referral from a family member. Candace Conley, General Manager, visited our home and was professional, personable, and meticulous in confirming what we wanted, pointing out areas of improvement, explaining what her crew would accomplish and answering multiple questions. Candace presented a proposal during that initial visit. We completed an agreement that same day. Candace called back and scheduled the work. Very efficient. Next, Geo, crew supervisor, power washed our home, reviewed the requested wood repair, and confirmed the wood repair cost on our agreement. The crew arrived the next day, replaced the damaged wood and prepped our home for painting, which included detailed scrapping and caulking. The painting took a day and one half. The crew worked very effectively and efficiently. The work was excellent quality. Geo walked me around our home to make sure they had met all expectations. The damaged wood was replaced, and our home painted at an affordable cost. The entire process was excellent.

First off, working with Candace and Gio was a pleasure. My wife and I have lived in our home for 26 years, and in that time, we have had the house painted several times. This was, by far, the most pleasurable house painting experience that we have encountered. We got quotes from 4 different companies prior to hiring J.P. Painting and Restoration, and though the quote we received from them was not the lowest, we were impressed with Candaceâ s professionalism and her attention to customer service. Gio and his crew arrived at our house on time each day and put in solid days work. What has taken other companies 4-5 days to complete in the past, Gioâ s crew was able to finish in 2 days. Candace, Gio, and the entire team were fantastic! We had a number of recent home projects after a storm, and this was the best possible experience of any of the contractors. If you choose JP, you will not be disappointed!

Home was in need of paint. With that need came a few minor siding repairs, and a small gutter extension. Prep work was begun with a power wash, followed by tap in of nails, fixing joints that were loose and sealing nail heads. My house had acne for a day. Primer followed in some areas. The morning spraying started, a light rain began. Experienced crew knew to stop and pause for better weather. The next morning they returned and had a great day to finish the job. In my younger years, I probably would have attempted the job myself. Now, I have seen true professionals provide their craftsmanship and the results are beautiful. JP Painting did excellent work and had a very attentive crew on my job. I recommend them.

Good preparation work, fast great job

We first met with Candace for the initial inspection and price quote. She explained the entire process and answered all of our questions and concerns. The next day we met Gio and his crew. They power washed the entire house and then caulked every crack and joint. They then painted the exterior of the house using Sherwin-Williams Duration paint. They did amazing work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs painting.

Professional organization. Exceeded short suspense completion timeframe, with a less than 24hr request project start time. Gio and his staff completed the project with skill, and attention to detail. They took care of all the nuanced painting finishes, and required no customer cleaning post project, and this attention to detail is what makes a project complete. House is ready to be put on the market without hesitation. Mrs. Conley is exceptionally articulate in understanding customer needs, project timelines, expectations management, and effectively communicates with the customer and project staff to synchronize the project to a 100% success rate. Would enthusiastically hired this company for subsequent projects.

Great to work with. They are willing to come back once we have our gutters (when Hanson's had to fire their crew after we had signed a contract which caused a huge delay) installed to paint them. Considering them for future projects as well. House looks great and will be even better once final touch ups are completed.

I've been in this house since November 1978 and have had it painted several times. Gio and company did the best job of any of the previous contractors. Candace, who came out and did the estimate and coordinated the job, was extremely knowledgeable and took care to point out where repairs were needed. The preparation of scraping and caulking was extensive and meticulous. The paint job was excellent. When the result on the north face of the house revealed that damaged boards higher up on the structure were not presenting well, they modified the contract at my request and essentially resided that entire side. It looks great now! After job completion, they came back at my request to fix a couple of overlooked issues I failed to point out in the walkthrough. Wonderful job. I highly recommend them!
