Alex came out, 5/17/18 to fix my refrigerator as it was making a noise. He said I had to defrost the fridge first and he would order the parts. 2 weeks later, 6/1/18, with no fridge working, he returned and replaced 3 parts that cost over $100.00. The encounters I had with them on the phone and in person verged on being rude and condescending. Their attitude towards the customer is rude, and bordering on being a bully. Now, 3 weeks later my fridge was not getting cold, and since I had such terrible encounters, on the phone and in person, I called another company. The Tech removed the cover and discovered that 2 wrong parts were installed and everything the first tech did was incorrect, which caused the fridge to fail again so quickly. He also stated the the main cover always should be replaced when there is an issue. I paid Alex $322.56 for his incompetence. This company is a total scam and untrustworthy to call themselves a repair company. DO NOT HIRE ANY ONE FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL PAY THEM $$ FOR POOR SERVICE WITH NO RESOLUTION.

Service person came on time with tools to disassemble my dryer and a test meter. He verified that the heating element needed replacing but did not carry parts because they were "expensive". I called the office the next day and was told that repair people carry 80% of commonly used parts. Look on we web you will find that the top part replacement repair for a dryer is the heating element. I requested a refund of the trip charge because web advertising did not match my experience. I was told the manager would be told of my request. No one ever called back.
Description of Work: I needed my heating element replaced. I called Denver Appliance Repair because of their web site advertising (direct quote pasted here): Same Day Emergency Service 100% Customer satisfactory guarantied Same day service Free service call with the repair OEM parts Up to 5 years parts warranty

This is a joke or a scam. We had a broken ice-maker. He glanced at the freezer, asked if we ever cleaned the refrigerator coils, told us we need "special chemical" and gave us a $600 estimate for replacing the entire icemaker and cleaning the coils. No uniform, no tools, and literally a 1-minute diagnosis. Cost $50 for the service call. Completely unprofessional.
Description of Work: After looking at our freezer for approximately 30 seconds, he gave us a $600 estimate and charged $50 for the service call.
