HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT USE!!! I called them for repair of my oven. I told them the exact code that the oven was giving, and already knew that the fix was one of two things by doing my research. They sent out a rude and pretentious technician that came out and didn’t even touch the appliance, just read the code (that I already gave them over the phone when I made the appointment) and told me that it needed a control board. I said that the manual says that it could be one of two things, but he was sure that it was the control board and would not consider anything else, saying he has seen this before. Okay, so I stopped arguing with him and waited for him to give me the quote. The labor rate he quoted me was way too high (remember I had already researched this), and after a bit of back and forth he lowered the fee. I paid him the service fee (which he did nothing for, as he didn’t even touch the appliance, just took the same information that I had already given over the phone) and said it would be a few days to get the part. I waited for a week and half and heard nothing, so I finally called the company. They said the part was on back-order and it would be a few more days. Okay, why didn’t you call to tell me that? Why did I have to call you? So again I waited another week and half and still heard nothing. I called them back again. Now the part is not available and they can’t fix my stove. What? Again, why didn’t you call me to tell me that? Why did I have to call you? I got off of the phone with them and immediately found the part available with FIVE separate vendors online and also the parts division of the store where I bought the stove (it’s their brand name) and called the local appliance part store. ALL of them had it, but it would take a few days to get. I called Denver Appliance back and told them that I found the part, it IS available, so what now? I was told they would tell the technician and have him call me back. The technician did call me, I told him I found the part at several stores. He said he would check it out and call me back. I never heard from him again. Suffice it to say, I have called them a half a dozen more times over the last four weeks (NEVER getting a call back from them, I always have to call them) telling them that I didn’t even want them to work on my stove now and wanted my money back. Every time I call I get a different story as to where my refund is. I have been told they needed to talk to the management, now they need to talk to accounting, one person said I would get my refund but didn’t know when. The story with my last phone call was that the technician himself actually had to refund me by writing me a check. ?? What?? It has been nearly two months since the technician first came to my house and I have received no resolution. I don’t care who refunds me, I just want my money back and be done with this horrible company. I honestly have no idea why this place is even in business. UPDATE: Last phone call I made I was told that I needed to speak to the Manager (I’ve been dying to speak to the Manager!!!!), but he isn’t in today, could I call back tomorrow. I said, “NO! I am tired of calling you people. You have the Manager call ME.” She said she would. Did he? I think we all know the answer to that question. I finally just disputed the charge with my credit card company. I AM NOW DONE WITH THIS COMPANY FOREVER!!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!! WORST COMPANY I’VE EVERY DEALT WITH!!!
Description of Work: Nothing. That's the problem. They did nothing.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for July 15 since our dryer had stopped working. Although the repairman showed up on time, he walked in and took one look at the dryer, said it was too old and there were no parts available, and he left. He didn't ask what the symptoms were or even to check if all the connections and hook-ups were tight. I have the impression that this company wants to sell parts at a mark up to generate their profits. I would not waste your time calling them.
