Causing an unprecedented amount of damages in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. With two category 5 hurricanes, Katrina making direct landfall in the state of Louisiana and Rita devastating the Houston Texas area and continuing to cause damages deep into the central plains states. At one time or another we have found ourselves at the mercy of Mother Nature. During this emotional state of mind, we look to professionals that we can trust. After suffering extensive damages to several of my properties I found myself being a victim of several less than reputable contractors who claimed one thing but then did another and an insurance company determined to low ball the cost of repairs. After going through the emotional stress of it all, negotiating with several contractors, suppliers, and the insurance company and that overwhelming feeling that nobody really cared. I was determined to find and develop an easier and more efficient way to manage the disaster restoration process. It became a personal goal to not just repair roofs but to repair the roofing and restoration industry.
