I had a garbage disposal replaced that was causing a leak to the basement. John also identified a safety issue when doing the job and called in their electrical partner to do a job that could have caused an electrical disaster. I also hired them to replace a water heater that is happening next week.

Christy was great. He came in reviewed the project. And was honest and told us there was nothing much to do except to replace a valve and left and did not charge us a dollar and he was very helpful. Thank you

The technician, Mr. Kostadinov, was professional, thorough, courteous and explained why a new water tank/heater was needed. The installation went smoothly. After completion, I was able to view the new water tank/heater, new pipes, etc. He then checked the water pressure in both bathrooms, the kitchen and the outdoor water system making sure it was normal. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing done.

Pinpointing the source of a water leak has many possible paths to follow. John followed them all until he knew beyond a shadow of doubt what the source of the water leak was. He didnâ  t just suggest a possibility then present me with a bill. I appreciated his commitment to following all possibilities and showing me why the named source was the cause of the leak and water damage.
