Tom and his crew are absolutely amazing!!! They do such a wonderful job and get the work done fast and beautifully. I would not go with any other place. If you want a reasonable price with great results these are your guys.

unfulfilled promises. quoted price included stump removal but then I was told during process that they could not. he poured motor oil on stump and guaranteed nothing will grow back. because of the uncompleted stump removal he told me that he would give me a good price on other trimming. Haven't heard anything yet.

Really nice guys. They did great work. Had some issues with scheduling and communication in getting them out to my house. But they did solid work once they got there. Very fast and efficient. I'd use them again and have recommended them to others.

Excellent customer service. Our estimate was received very promptly and was very competitive. Tom went above and beyond by contacting the village to ensure a permit was not required. Everything that was discussed at the estimate was followed through. Polite, Prompt, Professional. Would highly recommend to friends and neighbors.

I hired the company to remove an infected Emerald Ash tree which they did. The yard was cleaned up, the stump drilled, very happy with that. But the wood from the trunk (the infected part) was stacked on the parkway in front of my house. I contacted Tom to have it removed - said he would. Tree was removed on Mon, on Sat I found a Craigslist posting directing people to my house to get free firewood - from a locust tree! Very unethical and fraudulent, not to mention that I did not give my permission to post that ad and send people I don't know to my home!

I needed an infested 40-50ft Ash tree removed. The team was Knowledgeable, worked well together, and where courteous. They didn't even mind that I puttered around outside for a while (I really wanted to see how it was done). The Ash tree was down and cleaned up in 2.5 to 3 hours. The people who hall the bigger pieces of wood and grind the stump came early the next week. All-in-all a good experience for a very reasonable price.
