Don't use this company because their customer service is very bad. I took a day off from work to have appliances installed. Delivery people showed up early (which was fine) and after about 1 hour and 15 minutes left as they said they had the wrong pieces to install the pedestals. I asked that they return the same day as I had to take the day off for them to install--they told me they'd be back at 3:30 p.m. the same day. At 4 p.m. I called to check where they were--they said they couldn't come out until the next day. They gave me 4 times, I unhappily chose 4 p.m. so that I could get off of work at 3 p.m. and be home for the installation. They showed up at my house a 2 p.m. and despite the fact I told them I wanted to be there for the installation, they went ahead and installed anyway. My 88-year old mother was home. She should not be home alone with 2 big men and she doesn't have the capacity to approve the work they did. At every turn I felt disrespected by the company's promises and their actions, which were blatantly untruthful. I cannot speak to the quality of the installation as I didn't see the installation. I can tell you this company is disrespectful of its customers.
I did ask the right questions. I did get the right answers. The company did not do what it said it would do. It did not install on 5/6/13 as promised (which appointment was made in mid-April); it did not return on 5/6/13 to complete the installation as promised. It did not show up at 4 p.m. on 5/7/13 to complete the installation. It did complete the installation at 2 p.m. despite my instructions to do nothing until I got home, and when I got argument about doing that, I told them to not install until I had spoken with the salesman and/or warehouse as I made it very clear that I wanted to be there for the installation.
I finally did hear back from the salesperson and was told that they can't guarantee a particular time--that their arrival depends on how their other deliveries go. I understand that--but that is not what I was told. As to having a responsible adult at the house during installation--there was not.
Except rejecting the delivery, I don't what else I could have done to make this better, without missing another day of work.

Appliance Fatory Outlet did a wonderful and reliable job fixing our stove. The burner went out and we were going to purchase a new one but didn't have to. It is still working today.
