Fast! The turn around on measurement and install. Good quality work for the cost which was very reasonable.

Steve responded quickly on a Saturday to assess what was wrong. Unfortunately, the broken part had to be ordered, which took a week. However, as soon as it came in, he offered to come at 7:00 P.M. to do the installation, which was great. He came with an assistant, and had it repaired in under an hour. I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the repair was for parts and labor.

This company went above and beyond in my book and would hire them again in a second! Around 8:00 pm, one of the rollers snapped on my garage door leaving out of the track and crooked. It was in a dangerous position and OPEN. The cable was twisted and it couldn't go up or down. I submitted an emergency request to HA. Steve was the first to call (and only call). Even though he was up in Longmont, and from Arvada, he came all the way south east to help me. They got here at 10:30 PM as they anticipated and was done very quickly. Steve and Kelly, true professionals.
