Showed up late in the same day I talked to him about my problem! He was planning to just do an appraisal, but when he arrived he discovered he could complete the repair with parts on hand, so he did it right then. It was late and it did take about 45 minutes which was so great that he was willing. Had my rollers replaced and my door running like new in that amount of time. The problem would have burned out the motor, it would need an entire replacement! Knows his business, has excellent customer service and interaction.

Hire this company! I live in the mountains where Sears won���t install, and within minutes of my asking for a quote to install my replacement garage door opener I had an email with a very reasonable price. I scheduled an appointment, and when Pat arrived, he was nothing but professional and courteous. He replaced my opener, tightened every screw on each hinge on the door, and lubricated the rails and springs. He recommended that I replace my 20-year-old metal-on-metal rollers with new silicone-on-metal ones, and it was a great upgrade, including straightening the track. I liked it so much I had him upgrade my second garage door rollers. Doors open and close almost silently now, with smoother action as well. When finished, Pat swept out the garage, hauled away the box from my new opener and all the trash, and hauled-away my old broken opener. What more could you ask for?

I talked to Randy on the phone and described what my garage door was doing. He said it was a simple fix and told me what the problem was. He said if I had a problem to call him and he'd come out. I had it fixed within 10 minutesl I am impressed with the knowledge and INTEGRITY that was shown to me. I will definitely keep their number.
